摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics. The method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics according to the present disclosure may minimize formation of an ammonium chloride salt (NH4Cl) and may prevent an adhesion phenomenon of impurity particles in a reactor in a refining process of waste plastic pyrolysis oil containing impurities including chlorine and nitrogen. In addition, the method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics according to the present disclosure may have excellent refining efficiency and may implement a long-term operation of a process because deactivation of a catalyst used in the process is prevented, and may produce refined hydrocarbons having a low content of impurities and a low content of olefins, and solid coke.

摘要: A process and a system are used for production of multiple grades of ultralow aromatic solvents/chemicals having preferred boiling range, flash point and viscosity from different hydrocarbon streams. A plurality of hydrotreating steps are used to hydrotreat a plurality of hydrocarbon feedstocks in the presence of a hydrogen gas stream and a catalyst system. Further, at least one dissolved gas stripping step, at least one adsorption step, and a distillation step are included in the process. Desired iso-paraffin molecules are thereby preserved, and the undesired aromatic molecules are converted into desired naphthene molecules.

摘要: A desolidification process enables the isolation and extraction of solid additives from an unreacted petroleum residue stream. In a hydrocracking process that mixes a solid additive with a petroleum residue feedstock to convert the petroleum residue to higher-value distillates, the desolidification process enables the recovery of the unreacted petroleum residue for conversion to a saleable product. The desolidification process involves the mixture of one or more solvents with a slurry in which solids are integrated in the petroleum residue to generate a mixture having a decreased density and viscosity as compared to the slurry, which facilitates removal of the solids.

This invention converts essentially all of each barrel of crude feed to a single ultraclean fuel versus conventional refining where crude feed is cut into many pieces, and each piece is sent down a separate market path meeting various different product specifications. When in port, ships can generate and sell electricity to land based electrical grids to offset fuel cost in an environment-friendly manner.

摘要: Separation of asphaltenes from residual oil is carried out with naphtha as solvent. In particular, straight run naphtha obtained from the same crude oil source as the residual oil feed is used as the solvent. The mixture of deasphalted oil and solvent is passed to a hydroprocessing zone, without typical separation and recycle of the solvent back to the solvent deasphalting unit. Asphalt is separated from the residual oil (residue from atmospheric or vacuum distillation); the mixture of deasphalted oil and naphtha solvent is passed to the hydroprocessing unit.

摘要: Method of refining whole crude oil or a wide cut crude oil, the methods comprising a combination of a hydrotreating reactor, a distillation tower, and an optional flash evaporation separator. The methods can also include light ends processing, fluid catalytic cracking, reforming, hydrocracking, and demetalization. In some methods a whole crude oil is first processed through a flash evaporation separator to create a wide cut crude oil and in other methods, the flash evaporation separator is not used as the whole crude oil is first treated in a hydrotreater.
