    摘要: By means of a curing process combining thermal and UV curing it is possible, using compositions comprising (A) a coating system based on a polyacrylate polyol or polyester polyol with melamine, or a polyacrylate polyol and/or polyester polyol with a blocked or unblocked polyisocyanate, or a carboxyl-, anhydride- or amino-functional polyester and/or polyacrylate with an epoxy-functional polyester or polyacrylate, (B) an OH—, NH2—, COOH—, epoxy- or NCO-functional resin containing, in addition, at least one ethylenically unsaturated double bond, which is separated from the functional group by a spacer group, and (C) at least one photoinitiator, to obtain coatings having good surface properties.

    摘要: Random propylene thermoplastic copolymers can be used to increase the elongation to break and toughness of thermoplastic vulcanizates. Semi-crystalline polypropylene is a preferred thermoplastic phase. The rubber can be olefinic rubbers. Random thermoplastic polypropylene copolymers are different from conventional Ziegler-Natta propylene copolymers as the compositional heterogeneity of the copolymer is greater with Ziegler-Natta copolymers. This difference results in substantial differences in properties (elongation to break and toughness) between thermoplastic vulcanizates modified with random thermoplastic propylene copolymers and those modified with conventional Ziegler-Natta propylene copolymers. An increase in elongation to break results in greater extensibility in the articles made from a thermoplastic vulcanizate.

    摘要: A process is disclosed for producing with good productivity a cross-linked polyaspartic acid resin having biodegradability and high water absorbency. The process features inclusion of one of the following steps: (a) a polysuccinimide, which has been brought into a dispersed state by a dispersant, and a cross-linking agent are reacted to produce the cross-linked polyaspartic acid resin; (b) imide rings of a cross-linked polysuccinimide are subjected to a hydrolysis reaction while controlling a swelling degree of a resulting gel, whereby the cross-linked polyaspartic acid resin is produced; and (c) a gel of a cross-linked polysuccinimide, which has been obtained by reacting a cross-linking agent to a solution of a polysuccinimide in an organic solvent, is disintegrated to subject imide rings of the cross-linked polysuccinimide to a hydrolysis reaction, so that the cross-linked polyaspartic acid resin is produced. The process may also include one or both of the following steps as needed: (d) a gel of the cross-linked polyaspartic acid resin is washed with water and/or a water-miscible organic solvent; and (e) the polysuccinimide is produced using a basic amino acid as a cross-linking agent.
