An end closure structure (14/16) is hingedly connected to a first end of the sleeve structure to at least partially close the first end. At least one glue flap (20, 22) is hingedly connected to the planar portion of the sleeve structure for pivotal movement with respect to the planar portion. at least one glue flap is disposed generally in the plane of the planar portion of the sleeve structure when the at least one article l is received in the interior of the article carrier.
Abstract:
A top-gripping beverage can carrier including a main panel of cardboard sheet material having at least one, and preferably multiple, can receiving apertures. The carrier is provided with locking tabs, which are hingedly connected to the main panel and which are for engaging an underside of a radially protruding portion of a beverage can to be received in the can receiving aperture. The carrier further includes a cover panel for at least partly covering at least a lid of one of the one or multiple cans to be held by the carrier. The cover panel is hingedly connected to the main panel via an intermediate panel, wherein the intermediate panel is hingedly connected to the main panel by means of a first cover fold line, and wherein the intermediate panel is hingedly connected to the cover panel by means of a second cover fold line. The carrier further includes a connector panel which is hingedly connected to the cover panel by means of a third cover fold line. The connector panel is arranged to snap below the lid of the can in order to hold the cover panel in place in its covering position.

A top portion of the container can be retained by the first and second retaining features.
Abstract:
A packaging wrap for hangers includes a first side and a second side. The first side includes a first bottom panel, a first front panel, a first top panel, and a first rear panel. The first side is folded to define a first closed loop with an opening extending therethrough between the first bottom panel, the first front panel, the first top panel, and the first rear panel. The second side includes a second bottom panel, a second front panel, a second top panel, and a second rear panel. The second side is folded to define a second closed loop with an opening extending therethrough between the second bottom panel, the second front panel, the second top panel, and the first rear panel. The first side is coupled to the second side via a fold line extending along a boundary between the first bottom panel and the second bottom panel.
Abstract:
A carrier for holding a plurality of containers. The carrier can comprise a bottom panel, a top panel at least partially in face-to-face contact with the bottom panel, a handle comprising a bottom gripping portion in the bottom panel and a top gripping portion in the top panel, and at least one container receiver for at least partially receiving a respective container of the plurality of containers. The at least one container receiver is foldably connected to the handle.
Abstract:
A carrier that is at least partially holding a plurality of containers. The carrier can include a plurality of panels comprising a bottom panel, a first side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a second side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a first top panel foldably connected to the first side panel, and a second top panel foldably connected to the second side panel. At least one container-receiving feature extends in at least the bottom panel. The at least one container-receiving feature can at least partially receive at least one container of the plurality of containers. At least one retention flap is foldably connected to the first top panel or the second top panel. The at least one retention flap engages at least a portion of a flange of at least one container.
Abstract:
A foldable container carrier and base, the carrier having first and second panels coupled together by a foldable hinge line, the first panel having at least one primary opening and being attached to a first series of panels along a second hinge line, the first series of panels including one panel having a secondary opening and designed to allow the first panel's primary openings to be in substantial registry with the first series of panel's secondary openings; the second panel having one primary opening and being attached to a second series of panels along a third hinge line, the second series of panels including one panel having a secondary opening therein and designed to allow the second panel's primary openings to be in substantial registry with the second series of panel's secondary openings; and a slot formed along the foldable hinge line, the slot adapted to receive a base handle of predetermined size and length.
Abstract:
A carrier for holding and transporting a plurality of bottles includes a top panel, a bottom panel, and two side panels extending between said top and bottom panels to form a sleeve through which the bottles extend. When the carrier is formed to carry six or more bottles, the top panel has at least two rows of outboard apertures which are adapted to receive the bottles to engage the bottles to retain the bottles in the carrier. The bottom panel extends between the side panels and also includes at least two rows of outboard surrounding apertures which are aligned with, but radially offset from the outboard apertures of the top panel, such that the centers of the bottom panel outboard apertures are closer to the side panels than are the outboard apertures of the top panel. If the carrier includes inboard apertures in the top and bottom panel, the inboard apertures of the top and bottom panel are preferably concentric with each other. Further, the bottom panel outboard apertures are larger than the bottom panel inboard apertures. Lastly, when bottles are introduced into the carrier, the position of the outboard apertures and the size of the side panels cause the side panels to slope downwardly and inwardly. The carriers can be provided with a flexible handle to facilitate carrying heavy packages (i.e., 12 packs or greater).
Abstract:
A paperboard carrier device for holding a plurality of article containers, each article container having an annular rim formed along an upper peripheral edge extending perpendicularly with respect to an article container sidewall, is disclosed. The carrier device includes a top panel (11) having a plurality of spaced article engaging apertures (12) defined therein and extending therethrough. Each aperture is dimensioned to be less than the rim diameter of the article containers, and has a continuous marginal portion (31) sized and shaped to elastically deform as it is passed over the annular rim of one of the article containers and is received on the sidewall of the article container and engaged in a snap fit beneath the annular rim thereof. A pair of spaced and opposed web panels (41, 42) are hingedly connected to a pair of spaced side edges at the top panel along a first pair of hinge lines (43, 44), and are constructed and arranged to be folded upwardly along each of the hinge lines toward the upper peripheral edges of the article containers. A main overpanel (45) is hingedly connected to one of the web panels along one of a second pair of spaced and opposed hinge lines (46, 48), and is constructed and arranged to be folded along one of the second hinge lines over onto and across the annular rims of the article containers. A secondary overpanel (47) is hingedly connected to the other one of the second hinge lines, and is constructed and arranged to be folded along the hinge line into engagement with at least a portion of the main overpanel and to be fastened thereto so that the carrier device encloses the tops of the article containers (35).
