    摘要: An apparatus and methods are provided for an insulated beverage bottle to maintain the temperature of liquid contents and exhibit reduced sound upon being dropped onto a hard surface such as a tennis court. The insulated bottle includes a bottom cushion and a top cushion that are coupled to an outer cylinder. The outer cylinder and the top and bottom cushions exhibit impact resistance and noise suppression properties. A double-walled container is disposed inside the outer cylinder. An insulative material is disposed between the doubled-walled container and the outer cylinder. The insulative comprises fumed silica vacuum insulation that surrounds a majority of the exterior of the double-walled cylinder. A top lid is threadably joined with the insulated bottle such that liquid contents may be stored in an interior of the bottle. A straw holder provides access to a straw and prevents liquid contents from leaking out of the bottle.

The measuring device may include a vessel body, a ball, a lever, a spring, a base and a trigger. In operation, the liquid is poured into the vessel body until its level visually matches a gradation line equal to the desired volume. The user then squeezes the standard trigger by hand to release the liquid out the bottom of the vessel body. A second trigger may be pressed against a drinking glass or pitcher to release the liquid out the bottom of the vessel body and into the drinking glass or pitcher.

    摘要: The cutting board with a drainage valve allows for the collection and drainage of liquids associated with cutting, slicing and chopping of foodstuffs. The cutting board has first and second longitudinally opposed ends, first and second laterally opposed sides, an upper surface and a lower surface. A liquid collection reservoir is defined in the upper surface adjacent the first longitudinally opposed end of the cutting board. At least one peripheral channel is defined in the upper surface of the cutting board and is in open communication with the liquid collection reservoir. A drainage port is formed through the lower surface of the cutting board adjacent the first longitudinally opposed end.
