Abstract:
A wiper unit for an automobile windshield wiper system has at least one wiper arm connectable to a wiper drive of the windshield wiper system and at least one wiper blade supported by the wiper arm. In order to provide a lightweight wiper unit that can be produced cost-effectively and offers greater design freedom, at least one fiber-reinforced nonmetallic strip is arranged on the outside of the wiper arm and/or the wiper blade. That nonmetallic strip extends over at least half the length of the wiper arm or wiper blade, is connected to the wiper arm or the wiper blade in a substance-bonded manner, and is arranged at least in part on a side of the wiper arm or wiper blade which is arranged facing or facing away from an automobile windshield which is to be wiped.
Abstract:
Provided is a windshield wiper frame, including a main frame and two auxiliary frames, wherein the main frame is in the shape of an arch, and the main frame is of an elastic structure; and middle parts of the two auxiliary frames are movably connected to end parts at two ends of the main frame, respectively. When in use, a wiper arm is movably connected to a middle part of the main frame, and a wiper blade is fixed to the auxiliary frames. The windshield wiper frame is beneficial for guaranteeing a wiping effect of the wiper blade.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a windshield wiper device (50, 70) for a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle. The windshield wiper device comprises a wiper blade (51, 71) with an elongated upper part (52, 72) which is designed to be at least partly flexible, an elongated lower part (53, 73) which is designed to be at least partly flexible, and multiple connection elements (18) for connecting the upper part (52, 72) and the lower part (53, 73). The connection elements (18) are mutually spaced along a longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade (51, 71), and the connection elements (18) are designed to allow the upper part (52, 72) and the lower part (53, 73) to move relative to each other with a movement component along a longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade (51, 71), a cross-section of the wiper blade (51, 71) perpendicular to the longitudinal extension (8) of the wiper blade being substantially trapezoidal.
Abstract:
A windscreen wiper device for cleaning a windshield of a vehicle is provided. The windscreen wiper device includes a wiper strip of a flexible material for sealing against the windshield to drive rain, snow, ice and other elements away therefrom. The windscreen wiper device also includes at least one carrier element extending between opposite and, at a minimum, downwardly curved end portions and in engagement with the wiper strip to bias it into a predetermined configuration. A frame structure includes a plurality of claws in engagement with the carrier elements between the end portions. The frame structure also includes a pair of end caps that are pivotably coupled to at least an adjacent portion of the frame structure and engage the end portions of the carrier elements.
Abstract:
A motor vehicle wiper blade includes a support mount extending in a longitudinal main direction, and including a support for a wiping blade and a tubular body having a longitudinal main axis, a structural element in the form of a longitudinal horizontal strip which is accommodated inside the tubular body, and an element for connecting the blade to a drive arm which is mounted on the support mount and which includes a locking mechanism for locking the structural element in a position in the connecting element. The locking mechanism of the connecting element includes, on the one hand, a longitudinal mechanism for locking the structural element in said position, and on the other hand, an angular mechanism for locking the structural element in said position.
Abstract:
A vehicle wiper apparatus is applied to a vehicle provided with a wiping surface including a first wiping area at a passenger's seat side and a second wiping area at a driver's seat side. A first wiper includes a first wiper blade configured to wipe the first wiping area. A second wiper includes a second wiper blade configured to wipe the second wiping area. A washer nozzle is arranged on the first wiper to supply washing liquid to the second wiping area. The washer nozzle sprays washing liquid so that the supply of washing liquid toward a front side in an advancing direction of the second wiper blade switches to a rear side in the advancing direction when the second wiper blade moves from the first reversing position to the second reversing position during the wiping operation of the first and second wipers.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a wiper brush appendage that easily attaches to a wiper blade to aid in the removal of compacted solids, insect remains, light frost and the like. The wiper brush appendage is an elongated member of pliable plastic, such as one of the varieties of thermoplastics. The invention has a slot on the top side that runs the entire length that easily spreads to allow it to encompass a wiper blade, as well as multiple rows of brush hairs along the underside. It has a specific inside pocket with inturned flanges and small depressions that put pressure on the wiper blade and limits the movement of the invention while in use. Once installed over the wiper, the user turns on the wiper assembly and the brushes scrub against the windshield.
Abstract:
A wiper device for a vehicle may include a lower pivot shaft integrally coupled at a lower end thereof to a link lever that may be rotated by a force transmitted from a wiper motor, thus enabling the lower pivot shaft to rotate, wherein the lower pivot shaft includes a coupling protrusion protruding integrally from an upper end of the lower pivot shaft, an upper pivot shaft seated on an upper surface of the lower pivot shaft, the upper pivot shaft having a coupling recess integrally formed on a lower surface thereof to selectively fit the coupling protrusion therein, wherein an arm head may be integrally coupled to an upper end of the upper pivot shaft that protrudes above a cowl top panel, and a shaft holder secured to the cowl top panel while engaging therein a coupled portion between the lower pivot shaft and the upper pivot shaft.
Abstract:
A windshield wiper device having a frame; a first lever, provided in a pair, each being hinge-coupled to either end of the frame and including an inside arm extending toward a hinge and an outside arm extending away from the hinge. A pair of second levers, are provided, each being hinge-coupled to an end portion of the outside arm of the first lever. A contact member, forms a blade in close contact with the windshield to wipe out the foreign substances and is supported by an end portion of the inside arm of the first lever and both end portions of the second lever; and a cover member. The cover member covers the frame, the first lever and the second lever.
