Abstract:
A fluid delivery system is provided as a modular system. The fluid delivery system provides a fluid to a robotic spray applicator system that may be used to spray a mold with a motor release compound or in-mold coating. The fluid to be dispensed is contained in the drum and is provided through a fluid circuit including a peristaltic pump, a filter and a heater. The fluid is pumped through the fluid circuit to an applicator that dispenses the fluid onto a mold. The system may also be used in conjunction with adhesives or other compositions that must be filtered, heated and provided to a spray applicator at a metered flow rate. The fluid delivery system may be used in conjunction with a robotic system. The displacement of the peristaltic pump may be controlled by a variable frequency drive or may be controlled by a programmable logic controller of the robotic system.
Abstract:
A fuel injector (1) for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines includes an actuator (10) and a valve needle (3) that is actuated by the actuator (10) for actuating the valve-closure member (4), which together with a valve-seat surface (6) forms a sealing seat, the valve needle (3) and/or the valve-closure member (4) having at least one swirl channel (35) that is introduced on a periphery. The at least one swirl channel (35), in this context, has a variable cross section along the flow direction of the fuel. The at least one swirl channel (35), when the fuel injector (1) is actuated, undergoes an axial shortening of its throttling length as a result of the motion of the valve needle (3) in a stroke direction.
Abstract:
The invention provides a sprayer for spraying mold wall treatment agent or another liquid. The liquid is sprayed onto, for example, the walls of a mold or some other article. The sprayer includes a spray element body and a rotor mounted with freedom to rotate around an axis of rotation in the spray element body. An atomizing element is attached to one end of the rotor. A first feed line for mold wall treatment agent or another liquid to be sprayed is provided, as well as a second feed line for control air which directs mold wall treatment agent atomized by the atomizing element in the desired spray direction.
Abstract:
There is provided a nozzle section having a nozzle for injecting gas and a spherical portion composed of a nozzle nut part and a spherical base end portion, respectively on its front end portion and base end portion. There is provided a nozzle case for supporting the spherical portion so as to make an outward gas injection direction of the nozzle adjustable. The spherical base end portion and the nozzle nut part are provided so that they are separated from one another by the rotation of one of the nozzle and nozzle nut part about the axis of the longitudinal direction. The nozzle section which has been adjusted to have a gas injection direction is fixed from the side of the nozzle, thereby simplifying adjustment of a gas injection direction at the nozzle section by eliminating conventionally required additional operations.
Abstract:
A hydrotherapy jet is disclosed which has a jet body with a water inlet to allow water to flow into it. An eyeball with one or more outlets is mounted to the body to allow water to flow out of the body through the outlets. The flow of water through the outlets causes the eyeball to rotate. A retaining pin is mounted within the jet body to hold the eyeball to the body, with the eyeball rotating around said pin. A system for providing a hydrotherapy jet to reservoir of water is also disclosed and includes a reservoir shell capable of holding water with a plurality of hydrotherapy jets according to the invention that are mounted around the reservoir shell. A water pump system circulates water from the reservoir to said jets.
Abstract:
A fuel injector comprises a magnet coil which coacts with an armature that is impinged upon by a return spring and is configured together with a valve needle, a valve closure member that, with a valve seat element, forms a sealing seat being configured on the valve needle; and comprises at least one contact lug that is conductively connected to the magnet coil. A metal hollow body forms an inlet-side extension of the fuel injector, a connector plug having a contact lug being attachable onto the metal hollow body in such a way that the contact lug of the connector plug can be brought into conductive connection with the contact lug (6) of the magnet coil.
Abstract:
A showerhead with internal valve means to control the flow of fluid between a full flow and reduced flow condition so as to save energy and thereby conserve the supply of water. The showerhead includes an internal valve that operates easily between an off position and an on position to permit a controlled flow of water from an approximate flow of two and one half gallons per minute to a reduced flow of about one half gallon per minute. The internal valve is formed in a spherical configuration and swivels or rotates between a reduced flow position and a full flow on position; it has formed therein a relatively small by-pass aperture that serves to selectively maintain a predetermined, constant temperature flow of water for a person taking a shower.
Abstract:
A sprinkler structure including a flexible tube made of a circular wire material and a differential wire material by spiral winding. The circular wire material and the differential wire material have different winding radiuses, whereby the flexible tube can be bent and patterned. An inner tube is fitted in the flexible tube. Two ends of the inner tube respectively have two stop flanges. Two ends of the flexible tubes are connected with two connectors and the stop flanges of the inner tube extend out of the flexible tube to respectively lean on shoulder sections of the connectors. When the two connectors are connected with a faucet and a sprinkling head, the stop flanges are compressed to achieve a leakproof effect.
Abstract:
A sprinkling nozzle structure comprises a fixation body, a hose connecting body, a hand grip, a spout member, and a barrel member. The hose connecting body is fastened with one end of the fixation body. The fixation body is fastened at other end with the barrel member which is in turn fastened with the spout member. The barrel member is pliable to facilitate the directing of the spout member at a hard-to-reach area which is intended to be washed.
Abstract:
A nozzle of an air supply device is accommodated in a hole (17) in a wall (15) of the device, such as to enable the nozzle to be rotated about a first axis extending through the center of the hole, and pivoted about a second axis that extends perpendicularly to the first axis through two engagement points (6a) on the nozzle. The nozzle includes two or more guide vanes or baffles in the form of tongues (2, 3) that have rear deflecting parts (2a, 3a) of mutually different curvature, and a front, generally flat outflow part (2b, 3b). The nozzle also includes a central tongue-holding part (5) which has resilient hook-shaped engagement elements (6a) at opposite ends. The nozzle may also include a third guide vane or baffle (4) that lacks a curved deflecting part. The air flow exiting from the nozzle can be directed in different planes. The invention also relates to an air supply device provided with one or more such nozzles (1).
