摘要: A bioprocess vessel includes a flexible bag or substantially rigid container that defines an interior volume and having a bottom surface, the bottom surface being open or containing an aperture therein for the passage of fluid. A pump is secured to the bottom surface of the flexible bag or substantially rigid container. In some embodiments is secured directly to the flexible bag or substantially rigid container. In other embodiments, the pump is secured indirectly the flexible bag or substantially rigid container using, for example, a port that extends through the aperture on the bottom surface. The port or flanged surface may also be integrated into the pump, which is secured to the vessel. An optional mixing adaptor may be provided inside the interior volume of the flexible bag or substantially rigid container and at least partially covers the inlet that leads to the pump.

摘要: The invention relates to a propeller, which is intended to be fastened to a shaft in a clamping manner, the shaft having a driver profile extending in the axial direction, wherein: the propeller is formed from multiple elements, each element (A, B, C, D) having a hub portion (1) with a counter profile (2) corresponding to the driver profile; a first connection portion (3) and a propeller blade (4) extending from the first connection portion (3) are formed on one side of the hub portion (1), and a second connection portion (5) is formed on the opposite other side of the hub portion (1); the first connection portion (3) is designed to bear interlockingly against a further second connection portion (5) of an adjacent further element (A, B, C, D); and, when the elements (A, B, C, D) are connected such that their connection portions (3, 5) bear against one another, the hub portions (1) of all the elements (A, B, C, D) complement one another to form a hub surrounding the shaft in an interlocking manner.

摘要: A system and process for removing solids from raw, untreated liquid that combines mechanical techniques, such as via shakers, hydrocyclones author centrifuges, with an additive technique for removal of smaller solids. The additive is selected according to the application. In drilling mud applications, preferred additive embodiments are polyaluminum chloride or polyacrylamide flocculants. Preferably, liquid additive precursors are pre-mixed separately and are then blended before injection into the solids removal process. Some embodiments provide an externally-actuated rack and pinion mud screen lock for simplified screen lockdown on shakers. Some embodiments provide a separate preliminary processing and feed system for pretreatment of the raw, untreated liquid.

Pure water is introduced into storage tank, a liquid feeding pump of the liquid feeding unit is actuated, and air is discharged from a gas discharge head of type A in a bubble supply portion while pure water in storage tank is fed to the bubble supply portion, whereby bubbles are supplied into the pure water passing through bubble supply portion in a turbulent state, and the pure water containing bubbles is fed into storage tank and stored.

摘要: A blender arm includes a body equipped at one end with a connection for a power unit. The blender arm further includes a rotary shaft having a tool at the end opposite to the connection end. A peripheral protection is provided around the tool. The rotary shaft with the tool is attached movably in axial direction to the body so that the tool may be positioned in a retracted position for operation or a protracted position for cleaning, without having to touch the tool with the hands. The blender arm may further include a resilient element, functionally connected to the tubular body and the rotary shaft, for moving the rotary shaft between the protracted and retracted positions. When the rotary shaft is releases, the tool automatically returns to the retracted position.

摘要: A guiding device for submersible motor agitators having a guiding tube and a sliding carriage for carrying a submersible motor agitator. The guiding tube is held in a pivotable lower mount and in an upper mount composed of a bracket and an adjusting lug, and the angular position of the guiding tube can be adjusted via the adjusting lug. The sliding carriage, the adjustment lug and any optional connecting lug are dimensioned in such a way that the sliding carriage carrying the submersible motor agitator can be removed from the guiding tube without disassembling the guiding device.
