摘要： A lock operated by a corresponding key. The lock has a housing, and a keyway is formed in the housing along a keyway axis for receiving the corresponding key therein. A latch is moveable with respect to the housing between a first position, wherein the lock is secured, and a second position, wherein the lock is not secured. A permutation surface is formed on the latch, and a plurality of intermediaries are disposed within the housing. Each intermediary has a first portion engageable with the permutation surface of the latch and a second portion engageable with the corresponding key, wherein insertion of the corresponding key into the keyway selectively engages the intermediaries with the permutation surface in a predetermined sequence, thereby moving the latch from the first position to the second position.

摘要： A combination lock includes a core unit, a locking mechanism, and a reset mechanism formed of a guide rod, a sliding plate, a stop rod and a reset member. The sliding plate is downwards to push the locking mechanism to the unlocking position wherein operation buttons pressed subject to the set code. When the locking mechanism lifted to push the reset member of the reset mechanism, the locating rod of the reset member pushes the stop rod away from the rack of the sliding plate, enabling the sliding plate to be returned by a spring member so that the core unit is returned to the initial position for resetting the code.

摘要： A combination lock having a housing, a shackle, a dial, a pushbutton, and a lock assembly. The lock assembly is made of a group of rotating disks having windows that can be aligned to open the lock. When the dial is turned according to the combination of the lock, the windows become aligned so that the user can depress the pushbutton to release the shackle. The pushbutton travels in a direction that is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the dial. When the shackle is locked again, the pushbutton returns to its original position. As the pushbutton travels back to its original position, portions of the lock assembly are turned so that the combination must be reentered in order to reopen the lock.

摘要： Apparatus for determining the opening combination of a safe lock includes a servo motor, a molded dial gripper that fits over the hub of the combination lock dial, and a high resolution rotary, encoder, preferably one with a resolution of 1000 PPR. The rotary encoder has a resolution of 0.09 degrees of rotation using quadrature, which permits the dial to be rotated accurately to within 1/10 of a digit. A programmable logic and control circuit can rotate the dial for automatic implementation of a manipulation technique. This permits the safe combination to be found in a rather short period of time, typically less than one hour.

摘要： A mechanical lock device dispensing with a key, wherein a locking and unlocking bar associated with at least one lock unit and a locking and unlocking pawl connected to such bar can be angularly rotated by depressing, in a proper order, pushbuttons of a number r out of a total number n, whereby anybody can operate from outside a dead bolt in a manner to withdraw the same from the mortise. The locking and unlocking pawl is held in engagement within a cutout formed in a control slider fitted in a stem portion of the dead bolt and also in a plurality cutouts formed in the stem portion of the dead bolt and having a larger width than the cutout formed in the control slider. The control slider can be operated by turning a grip. The dead bolt itself can be operated from inside the room irrespective of the position where the locking and unlocking pawl is disposed. The dead bolt can be fitted into a mortise and the lock units can be reset by the reciprocating motion of a lever operated by turning a knob.
