    摘要： A u-lock holder comprises at least one panel attachable to the backpack carried by an individual. The at least one panel at least partially defines an opening configured to receive and retain a u-lock about the backpack. The at least one panel can be positioned to intersect the sagittal plane of the individual. An upper edge of the at least one panel is configured to vertically support the u-lock and is positioned at an angle relative to the transverse plane of the individual. The upper edge of the u-lock holder is positioned proximate the scapular region of the individual in order to grasp the u-lock by reaching over either shoulder. The opening has a substantially consistent cross-sectional area such that the u-lock can be in a locked configuration when inserting and removing the u-lock. A method of retaining the u-lock with the u-lock holder is provided.

The key is inserted into a bore made in the body of the padlock, intended for one end of the shackle. To fit the key into the bore, its blade section is pivotable relative the shank of the key, and the blade section is adapted, in a first position of the blade section, to be at least partially received into the bore. The shank of the key can be received into the bore as well.

    摘要： A padlock including a lock body, a shackle having two shanks with grooves for receipt of respective locking elements, and a pin which can be rotated by a lock cylinder core for moving the locking elements into their locking position. The pin has an engagement element configured to cooperate with an entrainer formation on the lock cylinder core. The padlock also includes a blocking plate located between the pin and the lock cylinder core and which is fastened in the lock body. The blocking plate has an opening through which the entrainer formation projects into the plane of the engagement element. The opening is configured such that, on the one hand, rotational movement of the lock cylinder core is possible and, on the other hand, a marginal region of the opening forms an abutment engageable with the entrainer formation for restricting rotational movement of the lock cylinder core.
