摘要： A vehicle door latch device comprises a latch body, a latch provided in a recess of a latch body, and a ratchet provided in the recess. The latch body has a tongue part which comes into contact with an outer peripheral part of the latch, and a contact pin which comes into contact with the latch. The tongue part applies a first external force in an anti-rotational direction of the latch to the latch by contact with the outer peripheral part of the latch, and the contact pin applies a second external force in a axial direction of the latch shaft to the latch by contact with the latch. The tongue part comes into contact with the outer peripheral part when the latch is over-rotated exceeding a full-latched position.

摘要： A latch dog assembly for latching and unlatching a storage bin door includes a latch dog member having a base portion, an end wall portion, and a cylindrical wear block member which extends outwardly from an opening on the inner wall of the end wall member so as to allow a latching cam to properly secure the bin door while avoiding undesired metal to metal contact. In one embodiment of the invention, a projection extends outwardly from the latch dog member base portion upper surface so as to assist in retaining the wear block member within the opening in the inner face of the end wall portion.

摘要： A multi-point closure control mechanism or lock especially designed for use with rear and/or side doors of a closed body highway truck, particularly a so-called panel truck, and for use with doors of military vehicles. The closure control mechanism comprises two dead bolts, slidably supported in suitable brackets adjacent to the upper and lower edges of a door near its free vertical edge, that engage keepers or catches in the form of plates on the vehicle body. Each bolt has a free running roller therein to facilitate entrance and retraction of the bolt into and out of engagement with its respective keeper or catch. The dead bolts are connected by rod members to pivots eccentrically located on a lock operating member rotatable in a frame member fixed to the door intermediate the bolts. The operating member also includes a cylindrical rod-like projection extending normal to the free edge of the door when the bolts are engaged with their keepers or catches at the top and bottom of the door. The rod-like projection has a roller to facilitate its engagement with and release from a keeper or catch. One embodiment of the aperture member has a mechanism for selectively disabling an outside handle connected to the mechanism.

摘要： There is disclosed a door latch mechanism having a sliding latch mounted to slide from a retracted position to an extended position in which it is adapted to engage in a keeper slot to hold the door closed. A pivoted actuator for the latch is adapted to engage a striker during closing of the door to retract the actuator. When the actuator is retracted it retracts the latch. A manual operator for retracting the actuator is operable from the inside or outside of the door. A locking member prevents retraction of the sliding latch to lock the door.
