摘要： A waist band holder for holding up a pair of trousers or a skirt. The waist band holder has three strips, a fabric strip, an elastic strip and a Velcro strip. The strip of Velcro is attached to the elastic strip. The elastic strip is attached to the fabric strip. Two additional Velcro strips are attached to the end of the waist band trouser holder for securing to a persons waist. The strip of Velcro on the waist band holder attaches to a strip of Velcro on the inner waistband of a pair of trousers or skirt. The elastic strip allows the waist band to displace in the vertical direction when an individual wearing the waistband trouser holder sits or squats. The waist band holder then returns the trousers or skirt to its original position when the wearer returns to a standing position.

摘要： A drop down cuff arrangement for pant legs or sleeves provides for lowering of a child's pant legs or sleeves and a cuff to cover the old seam so that it is no longer visible. The drop down cuff arrangement comprises a pant leg or sleeve having a high position wherein a first portion of the leg or sleeve includes a finished hem at the end to form a high position hemline, a cuff strip stitched to the outside of the leg or sleeve above the high position hemline, folded upwards away from the high position hemline, and held in place to the outside of the leg or sleeve by a removable attachment system and the pant leg or sleeve having a low position wherein the cuff strip is released from the removable attachment system and folded down over the high position hemline. In a second embodiment, the cuff strip is not held in place in the high position by a removable attachment system but by stiffening the cuff by way of patterned stitching applied thereon.

摘要： An adjustable child garment, specifically a diaper or a diaper wrap, can be used by a child from birth until diapers are no longer required. The garment comprises a substantially rectangular panel having a back with back side tabs extending from the top on each side, the back side tabs each having a first hook strip pad on the inside surface, the panel having a front with front side tabs extending from the top on each side, a loop strip ribbon extending across the top on the outside of the front of the panel from one front side tab to the other, the first hook strip pads detachably engageable with the loop strip ribbon. Elastic is sewn along the back of the panel and along each side of the panel between the back side tabs and the front side tabs. The outside of the front of the panel has a second hook strip pad below the loop strip ribbon and at least one loop strip pad, spaced below the second hook strip pad such that the top of the front of the panel can be folded in an S-configuration with the second hook strip pad engageable with the loop stripped to reduce the size of the garment for a smaller child.

摘要： A garment having a waist adjustment capability for simple and convenient changes in waist size with a minimum of motion and inconvenience. The waist adjustment feature of the present invention is formed by at least one foldable member which provides a Velcro fastening element which, when folded to selected extent over the remaining waist portion of the garment, mates with an interlocking Velcro fastening element to secure the folded member in selected position. The invention thus provides for reducing the waist size in accordance with the degree of folding selected. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, two such folding members are provided and are positioned along the lateral portion of the waist adjacent the hip region where they may be conveniently folded forward onto the front waist portion of the garment. The corresponding fold of the garment on each side adjusts not only the waist, but the hip and thigh region as well. An optional expandable member may be provided along the waist portion of the garment to enhance the appearance and fit of the garment after the waist size has been adjusted.

摘要： A lap robe for wheel chair or sitting patients is disclosed as including a waist section having detachable fastener elements attached thereto, and a lower body and leg wrapping section which is attached to the waist section. The lower body and leg wrapping section includes upper and lower portions, with the upper portion extending laterally outwardly from the lower portion, an opposite sides of the lower body and leg wrapping section. This enables the lap robe to be easily and conveniently placed about a patient, while the upper portion thereof generally conforms to the patient's lower body and thighs, when both in a standing and sitting position. The lower portion of the lower body and leg wrapping section covers the lower leg areas of the patient. The lap robe is preferably made from a synthetic fiber healthcare fabric that has a repeating pattern of synthetic fiber filaments arranged in an open work construction to provide both a thermal barrier and an ornamental appearance in a light-weight fabric construction.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of adapting a lower body garment for use during early term pregnancy. The method includes the steps of co-linearly securing to each side of the vertical zipper area, strips of a velcro-like fabric. Thereafter, there is provided an adaptor in the nature of an inverted triangle, formed of flexible fabric. Velcro-like strips are placed along both diagonal sides of the inverted triangle. There is further provided several buttons along the horizontal base of the adaptor at a first vertex thereof. There is also provided a buttonhole at the opposite horizontal vertex from the several buttons. The velcro-like strips co-linear with the zipper are press-fitted against the velcro-like elements upon the diagonals of the inverted triangle of the adaptor means. Thereafter a selected one of the several buttons is fastened to the original buttonhole of the lower body garment. The selected button of the several buttons will depend upon the point within the early term of pregnancy of the wearer. Thereafter, the buttonhole of said adaptor is fastened to the original button of the lower body garment.
