摘要: The present invention provides a heating apparatus for heating a load. The heating apparatus comprises a heater having a heating element for receiving electrical power and for converting the electrical power into heat to heat a heating surface of the heater. The heating apparatus also comprises a temperature sensor for sensing and outputting a measurement of the temperature of the heating element, a power actuator for providing the electrical power to the heating element of the heater, a power sensor for sensing and outputting a measurement of the power provided to the heating element by the power actuator, and control circuitry for controlling the power actuator to control the power delivered by the power actuator to the heating element. The control circuitry is configured to receive the temperature measurement from the temperature sensor, receive the power measurement from the power sensor, combine the temperature measurement and the power measurement, and control the power actuator in dependence upon the combined temperature measurement and power measurement. This ensures that the temperature of the heating surface is constant throughout a period when the load is applied.

摘要: The present invention provides a heating apparatus for heating a load. The heating apparatus comprises a heater having a heating element for receiving electrical power and for converting the electrical power into heat to heat a heating surface of the heater. The heating apparatus also comprises a temperature sensor for sensing and outputting a measurement of the temperature of the heating element, a power actuator for providing the electrical power to the heating element of the heater, a power sensor for sensing and outputting a measurement of the power provided to the heating element by the power actuator, and control circuitry for controlling the power actuator to control the power delivered by the power actuator to the heating element. The control circuitry is configured to receive the temperature measurement from the temperature sensor, receive the power measurement from the power sensor, combine the temperature measurement and the power measurement, and control the power actuator in dependence upon the combined temperature measurement and power measurement. This ensures that the temperature of the heating surface is constant throughout a period when the load is applied.

摘要: An electronic smoking device comprises a housing accommodating a battery as an electric power source powering an electrically heatable atomizer comprising an electric heater and adapted to atomize a liquid supplied from a reservoir to provide an aerosol exiting from the atomizer. The heater of the atomizer is controlled by means of control electronics. A puff detector indicates an aerosol inhaling puff to the control electronics. The control electronics operates, for a puff, the heater of the atomizer with a predetermined level of electric power. Preferably, the electronic smoking device comprises a voltage sensor measuring the battery voltage, wherein the control electronics distributes the predetermined level of electric power, for a puff, by pulse width modulation, based on the battery voltage measured by the voltage sensor.

摘要: A heating apparatus with automatic switching heaters includes a control module, a switch module, and a heating module. The control module receives an input power source. The switch module is connected to the control module. The heating module is connected to the switch module. When the control module detects that an amplitude of the input power source is larger than a threshold voltage value, the control module turns on a first switch assembly and turns off a second switch assembly of the switch module so that the heating module operates in a first heating mode. When the control module detects that the amplitude of the input power source is less than the threshold voltage value, the control module turns on the first switch assembly and the second switch assembly of the switch module so that the heating module operates in a second heating mode.

摘要: An apparatus is provided, by way of example, a heater for use in semiconductor processing equipment, that includes a base functional layer having at least one functional zone. A substrate is secured to the base functional layer, and a tuning layer is secured to the substrate opposite the base functional layer. The tuning layer includes a plurality of zones that is greater in number than the zones of the base functional layer, and the tuning layer has lower power than the base functional layer. Further, a component, such as a chuck by way of example, is secured to the tuning layer opposite the substrate. The substrate defines a thermal conductivity to dissipate a requisite amount of power from the base functional layer.

摘要: The invention provides a power supply control method based on mobile power sources, comprising a single-chip microcomputer capable of inputting a pulse voltage to a heating circuit and two different control methods: in one method the pulse voltage is controlled to be turned on or off by detecting the current A of the heating circuit; in other method the pulse voltage is turned off when the temperature is detected to reach the preset temperature so as to keep the heating circuit to be activated continuously; even though universal-used mobile power sources are employed by the heating circuit, the mobile power sources doesn't enter a hibernation state; a pulse voltage signal is added to the heating circuit, thus the mobile power sources are continuously activated, ensuring normal operation of the heating circuit and providing significant convenience to the user's use.
