摘要: This invention is about providing a kind of electrical connection design comprising insulator body and conductive terminal; the insulator body is designed with several receptor holes, where each receptor hole is designed with the first conductive terminal and the second conductive terminal; the outer side of the two conductive terminals are designed with conductive connecting section, the inner side is designed with elastic structure. As the first conductive terminal moves downward under pressure, the elastic structure generates elastic deformation. When not under pressure, the elastic structure will move the first conductive terminal upward due to the elasticity, returning to the original state. In addition, the said electrical structure is designed with a shifting structure. As the two conductive terminals are moving relative to each other, at least one conductive terminal will generate shifting along level direction, enabling the scratching action between the conductive terminal and the corresponding electronic component, thus realizing the better electrical connectivity between electronic component and PCB.

摘要: The present invention provides a connection device for stabilizing contact between the external connectors (spherical contactors) of electrical parts and spiral contactors. As shown in FIG. 5A, the directions of the windings of adjacent spiral contactors 20 are opposite to each other. Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the directions of the windings of adjacent spiral contactors 20 are opposite to each other and the positions of forming the starting ends of the windings of adjacent spiral contactors 20 are formed in a difference of 180° between them, tensile stresses between adjacent spiral contactors 20 can cancel each other out. By doing so, since distortion generated in a substrate on which the spiral contactors 20 are provided can be minimized, contact between the spherical contactors and the spiral contactors 20 can be stabilized.

摘要: A contact socket module for use in an automated test equipment (ATE) for testing electronic components (DUTs) being carried by a carrier comprises: a plurality of groups of spring contacts, wherein each spring contact comprises a DUT sided contact tip, a retracting plate being moveable, and a controller controlling the movement of the retracting plate, wherein the retracting plate and the spring contacts act mechanically on each other. In a first position the DUT sided contact tips are adapted to contact to contact portions of the electronic components, and in a second position, the DUT sided contact tips are adapted to release the contact to the contact portions of the electronic components.
