    摘要: A transmission line phase shifter, a system, a chip, and a radar sensor are provided. The transmission line phase shifter includes at least one transmission line phase-shifting unit. A respective transmission line phase-shifting unit includes a first pair of differential transmission lines, a second pair of differential transmission lines, and a phase adjusting circuit. The phase adjusting circuit is configured to adjust electrical parameters of a transmission path where at least one pair of transmission lines of the first pair of differential transmission lines and the second pair of differential transmission lines is located according to at least one phase shifting control signal received, so as to enable that a RF signal output from the respective transmission line phase-shifting unit has a phase shift of a first phase or a second phase relative to an input RF signal of the respective transmission line phase-shifting unit.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a cylindrical electronically scanned antenna.The antenna has:a set of radiating guides (2) arranged in cylinder form for, producing the antenna beam (8); An array (3) of 3 dB couplers is arranged in waveguide form. The inputs of the array are lit by a set of microwave feeds (4). The output of each coupler is coupled to the input of a radiating guide (2). An array of pairs of phase-shifting cells is, each coupled to a 3 dB coupler. An incoming wave from the microwave feeds (4) is phase-shifted by a controllable phase shift Δφ. The angular offset of the antenna beam (8) is dependent on this phase shift Δφ. The invention is typically applicable for equipping masts, in particular on ships.

    摘要: A phase-shifting circuit includes: a first parallel circuit which is connected across input and output terminals of a high frequency signal, composed of a first inductor and a first switching element that exhibits a through state in an ON state and a capacitive property in an OFF state, and produces parallel resonance at a prescribed frequency when the first switching element is in the OFF state; a series circuit composed of a second inductor and a third inductor and connected in parallel with the first parallel circuit; a capacitor having its first terminal connected to a point of connection of the second and third inductors; and a second parallel circuit which is connected across a second terminal of the capacitor and a ground, composed of a fourth inductor and a second switching element that exhibits a through state in an ON state and a capacitive property in an OFF state, and produces parallel resonance at a prescribed frequency when the second switching element is in the OFF state. The phase-shifting circuit establishes by switching an operation mode of setting the first switching element at the ON state and the second switching element at the OFF state, or an operation mode of setting the first switching element at the OFF state and the second switching element at the ON state.

    摘要: A single-structure, two-bit phase shifter useful for steering the beam of an antenna such as an aeronautical antenna. The phase shifter includes an input line, an output line, a plurality of switched lines such as quarter-wavelength microstrip lines connected directly or indirectly between the input line and the output line, and a plurality of switches for selectively and controllably connecting one or more of the switched lines between the input line and the output line. The phase shifter controllably connects one or more of the switched lines in series between the input line and the output line, thus providing phase shifts of an input radio frequency (RF) signal between one of four discrete phase shift amounts. Using up to three quarter-wavelength switched lines, the phase shifter provides phase shifts in increments of ninety degrees, e.g., phase shifts of zero, ninety, one hundred eighty, and two hundred seventy degrees (0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°). The inventive phase shifter is formed as a single two-bit structure, rather than two one-bit structures; thus it has a relatively smaller size than conventional two-bit phase shifters. Also, the inventive two-bit phase shifter may be configured such that the input signal passes through only one closed switch in any phase shift configuration, which reduces the overall insertion loss by reducing the insertion loss caused by passing the input signal through multiple switches.

The phase shift circuit includes a capacitor, and a series circuit composed of a switching element which exhibits capacitivity when it is in an off-state and an inductor connected in series with this switching element, the series circuit being connected in parallel with the capacitor. The capacitor and one terminal of the series circuit are connected with a high frequency signal input/output terminal, and the other terminal thereof is connected with ground.
