    摘要: Provided is a pressure control device for a liquid hydrogen tank for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle that includes a fuel cell, a battery, and a drive motor, wherein the liquid hydrogen tank includes a vacuum chamber, an inner chamber inside the vacuum chamber and storing liquid hydrogen therein, and a multi-layered insulation surrounding the inner chamber. The pressure control device includes a liquid hydrogen pump inside a liquid hydrogen section, an expansion valve located downstream of the liquid hydrogen pump, a heat exchanger located downstream of the expansion valve, a first flow path through which liquid hydrogen supplied from the liquid hydrogen pump passes through the heat exchanger and is sprayed into a gaseous hydrogen section, and a second flow path through which the liquid hydrogen supplied from the liquid hydrogen pump sequentially passes through the expansion valve and the heat exchanger and flows.

In particular, the fuel cell system further includes: an air discharge line to discharge the air discharged from the fuel cell stack into the atmosphere; a pressure adjuster provided in the air discharge line to selectively open or close the air discharge line; a first hydrogen discharge line connected to the fuel cell stack and the air discharge line at an upstream side of the pressure adjuster; a second hydrogen discharge line connected to the first hydrogen discharge line and the air discharge line at a downstream side of the pressure adjuster; and a hydrogen discharge valve part to selectively open or close at least one of the first hydrogen discharge line or the second hydrogen discharge line based on a pressure of the anode.

    摘要: A hydrogen storage system for detecting and restricting a pressure difference generated in the hydrogen storage system and a method for adjusting differential pressure therein are provided. The hydrogen storage system includes a controller that controls valves of a plurality of tanks. The controller measures pressure for each tank, measures a pipe pressure of pipe connected with the plurality of tanks, compares the pressure for each tank with the pipe pressure to determine whether differential pressure between the tank and the pipe is generated, determines whether it is expected to generate differential pressure between the tanks in an expected equilibrium temperature, when it is determined that the differential pressure between the tank and the pipe is not generated, and performs pressure equilibrium control between the tanks, when it is expected to generate the differential pressure between the tanks.

    摘要: The present invention is a hydrogen exhaust device for fuel cell. A tail gas discharge device for a fuel cell system includes a steam trap, a buffer solenoid valve, a buffer tank and a drain solenoid valve. The steam trap can collect water from wet hydrogen. The buffer tank is a hollow cavity structure such as a tank. Preferably, the steam trap has an upper cover, a main body, a lower cover and a filter. The upper cover has a wet hydrogen inlet, a pressure sensor, a dry hydrogen outlet and a temperature sensor. The lower cover has a liquid storage cavity and a filter support part. The filter has a filter filler and a filter intake channel.
