摘要： The disclosure provides a key device including a housing, a soft material layer, and a key component. The housing has at least one first assembly hole. The soft material layer is disposed on the housing and has at least one second assembly hole. The key component includes at least one key body and an elastic frame. 摘要： A switch includes a case, fixed electrodes, a movable electrode and a pressing member. The fixed electrodes and the movable electrode are arranged inside the recess. The pressing member is arranged so as to cover at least a part of the recess, and displaces the movable electrode from the second position to the first position by a pressing force from the outside. The pressing member includes a first bent part and a second bent part, and a deforming part disposed therebetween. The deforming part is opposed to the movable electrode with a gap in a state where the movable electrode is in the second position. The deforming part is configured to be flexibly deformed toward the outside of the case in a state where the movable electrode is in the first position in which the fixed electrodes are in a conductive state.

摘要： Button assemblies including water tight seals and methods for making the same are provided. The button assembly can include a button made from a rigid material having a cosmetic portion and a post. The post may extend from a bottom surface of the button and activate a switch of the electronic device when the button is actuated. Additionally, the button assembly can include a sealing member made from a compliant material having a post receiving hole. The sealing member may be secured to the button and an interior surface of a housing of the electronic device. The post receiving hole may fit around and engage the post. In some embodiments, the button may include a cavity and the sealing member may include a protruding member. In these embodiments, the cavity can receive the protruding member to provide for better registration of the sealing member to the button during assembly.

摘要： In a push-button switch manufacturing method, a key-top end of a pressing element is inserted into a lower-mold recess. A reinforcing plate is placed in the lower mold so that the pressing element extends through a plate through hole of the reinforcing plate. An upper mold and the lower mold are moved toward each other so as to insert the other end of the pressing element into an upper-mold recess for the pressing element, which is provided in a lower surface of the upper mold. A liquid silicone rubber, which contains a component that does not adhere to the upper and lower molds but adheres to the pressing element, is introduced into a cavity, the upper and lower molds are opened to remove a molded product in which an intermediate portion in an axial direction of the pressing element is supported in the plate through hole by the silicone rubber.

摘要： A dust-proof machine tool which has a handgrip with an aperture to hold a driving switch movable up and down and a control bar hinged thereon to generate a pivotable stroke to press the driving switch. The handgrip is coupled with a dust-proof cover which has an opening to couple on the driving switch and a press portion formed on the perimeter of the opening to press the handgrip and seal the aperture. Thereby during operation of the machine tool, dust can be prevented from entering the machine tool through the driving switch and the aperture to maintain steady operation of the machine tool and enhance the lifespan thereof.
