摘要:
A button and an electronic device provided with the button are provided in the disclosure. The button is mounted to a housing of the electronic device and slidable relative to the housing. The button is provided with a connecting portion at one end and a hook at the other end. The connecting portion protrudes from the button in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the button is slidable. The housing defines a button groove for accommodating the button. The button groove defines a guide groove on a side wall of the button groove. The connecting portion is accommodated in the guide groove and slidable in the guide groove along with movement of the button.

A state and operation indicator for a snap switch is provided. Presently, instrumentation is often needed in order to determine if a snap switch is malfunctioning. Information may be provided on a control panel inconveniently positioned remotely as compared with the location of the snap switch itself. This disclosure provides for an indicator of the state and operation of a snap switch, which does not require the use of instrumentation, and which is proximate the snap switch. This indicator can be used in both alternating and direct current circuits. When the common terminal of the switch is energized an associated light can provide a cue that the power is on. The state and operation indicator can also have either a light associated with the normally open terminal, a light associated with the normally closed terminal, or both. These lights can respond to indicate the state and operation of the switch.

Methods and systems for actuating a negative rate switch. A negative rate switch comprising a plunger and a resilient actuator thereof can be provided, wherein a highest plunger force occurs at a free position and a lowest plunger force occurs at a full over travel position. The negative rate switch can be configured such that when the resilient actuator provides resilient actuating force to overcome a free position force associated with the free position, the plunger moves without interruption through a total range of travel thereof and when the resilient actuating force drops slightly below a full over-travel plunger force associated with the full over travel position, the negative rate switch overcomes the resilient actuating force to return the plunger to the free position thereof without interruption.

Double-pass pushbutton, able to act successively on one or both independent microswitches (M1), (M2), where the body-shell and the pushbutton have a leaktight and flexible cap mounted between them, which hermetically seals the joint without interfering with the guided axial movement of the pushbutton, with respect to the body to be activated, or stopping the operator's action; it has two contact stops at different heights, for their successive contact with the relative microswitches when moved linearly; and there are means between the body-shell and the pushbutton for the successive positioning of the pushbutton. For application in control pushbutton panels.

The push-button mechanism includes a lever (11) which pivots on a plane support (2), and includes two other pins (14, 16) arranged in a triangle with respect to the stud (12), and a second member (20) including a substantially U shaped cut-out portion (21) delimiting a base (22), and first and second arms (28, 32). The base (22) supports guide means (23) which slide along a guide ramp (3) and at least one control means (24) for a function to be activated (5, 6). The first rigid arm (28) is rotatably mounted on a first pin (14) of the lever (11) and the second flexible arm (32) has at its free end (33) a notch (34) acting as support for the second pin (16) in the inactive position, said notch (34) being extended by a beak shaped tip (36) having an external edge (38) oriented towards the exterior of the U shaped cut-out portion (21) against which the second pin (16) slides compressing the flexible arm (32) and producing a clicking by passing from one position to the other.

A strip of electroconductive material is perforated by I-shaped holes. Contact materials shaped to conform to said I-shaped holes are inserted in the holes and caulked. Then, the I-shaped contact materials are perforated across the middle thereof in conjuction with the adjoining portions of the electroconductive material so as to divide each contact material into two contacts separated by a contact gap formed therebetween. A leaf spring fitted at one end thereof with a movable contact intended for insertion into said contact gap is held in position, though not in an immobilized state, with the other end thereof simply inserted around the stem of a spring support. Terminals which are retained in their fixed relative position by means of a webbing interconnecting them are fastened with adhesive agent to a plastic case. After the fastening, said webbing is cut off.
