摘要: A system and method are described for controlling a plurality of devices (150) by a remote control apparatus (105). The remote control apparatus (105) transmits a same sequence of commands individually to each of the plurality of devices (150) to execute a relative increase or decrease of a parameter thereof with a certain value. There is two-way communication between the remote control apparatus (105) and the devices (150). The devices (150) acknowledge the correct reception of a command by transmitting an acknowledgement message to the remote control apparatus (105). The remote control apparatus (105) repeats the transmission of a command to a device (150) in case of not receiving an acknowledgement message from the device (150). In this way, it is guaranteed that all controlled devices (150) receive the same commands and the controlled parameters thereof are kept in synchronization.

摘要: A temperature monitoring service in which remote monitoring units are distributed to customers who then set up monitoring as desired at their facilities. The devices may be registered through a web site using the Internet. Monitoring information may be communicated using a publicly available, wireless network, such as a cellular telephone network. The service may be provided with a system, including a server, which can deliver high levels of monitoring functionality. The server may support streaming monitoring information to a customer for analysis or sending a command activating a device connected to a remote unit. Remote units associated with the same location may be in a pool, comprising one active unit and one or more spare units, in which the server automatically identifies the active unit. The server may support analyzing monitoring information according to an expected cycle pattern of a ventilation system at the monitored facility.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for triggering retransmission in a multicast system, comprising steps of: a base station eNB setting a retransmission condition based on a channel state indication and transmitting the set retransmission condition to a user equipment UE; and the UE comparing the current channel state indication of the UE with the received retransmission condition when receiving an error block, and feeding back a NACK signaling to the eNB trigger a retransmission when the retransmission condition is satisfied. The method according to the present invention is to restrict the trigger of the NACK signaling, by setting the condition of the UE feeding back the NACK signaling when the UE received the error block. Then the feedback signaling on the uplink channel would be restricted, and the retransmission probability would be limited in an appropriate region as in Rel 6 HSDPA, therefore the optimal ratio of efficiency over power would be achieved. Consequently, the number of NACK signaling is restricted so as to avoid the uplink overload. Meanwhile, the retransmission probability is limited so that the optimal ratio of efficiency over power may be achieved.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for wirelessly recording multi-track audio files without the data corruption or loss of data that typically occurs with wireless data transmission. In some aspects of the present invention, each performer is equipped with a local audio device capable of locally recording the respective performer's audio while also transmitting it to a master recorder. The locally recorded audio may then be used to repair or replace any audio lost or corrupted during transmission to the master recorder. Such repair or replacement may be performed electronically or via playback of the locally recorded audio. In other aspects of the present invention, a master recorder is not required since all locally recorded audio may be combined or otherwise processed post-recording. A multi-memory unit is provided in another aspect of the present invention to facilitate manipulation and processing of audio files.
