In certain exemplary embodiments, an entertainment system is configured to provide jukebox-related and entertainment system mediated services that are accessible from within and from the outside of the location, coordinating social networking services among and between patrons within and outside of the location and also providing for advertisement opportunities. In certain exemplary embodiments, the entertainment system within a location may serve as and/or be connected to a jukebox. The entertainment system within the location may be connected to one or more client devices, one or more displays, one or more bar-top or hand-held gaming devices, etc., in certain exemplary embodiments. The jukebox-related and entertainment system mediated services may provide mechanisms for enhancing patrons' experiences, creating a sense of ownership and/or belongingness to a connected community of entertainment system users.

摘要： Embodiments disclosed are directed to ensuring resource compliance within a cloud-based environment. The embodiments include steps for performing both pre-provisioning and post-provisioning checks of resources, such as network protocols, prior to and after their deployment within the cloud-based environment. These steps include using bitemporal analysis to determine the impact of deploying resources within the environment through the use of multiple execution timelines where the impact of deploying a resource may be evaluated on an alternative timeline that does not change the current resource scope of the cloud-based environment. The analysis may further include tracking the impact of the resource after it has been deployed to ensure resource compliance.

The system further includes a data store for storing configuration information for enabling the operating system to interface with available physical system resources through the physical system resource interface associated therewith. A communication resource for interfacing with the operating system allows communication of the operating system with a central office for downloading configuration information to selectively enable ones of the available physical system resources to interface with the operating system through associated ones of the physical system resource interfaces in accordance with the configuration information and the predetermined service selected by a user. A plurality of configurations is stored in the data store, and each is associated with a predetermined service and one or more of the available physical system resources.

The immutable database may maintain a current temporal sequence representing an existing data state of the data processing system and generate alternate temporal sequences representing an alternate data state of the data processing system. The alternate temporal sequence may be used to test retroactive events that are intended to replace or correct events that occurred in the current temporal sequence.

A plurality of configurations are stored in the data store, and each is associated with a predetermined service and one or more of the available physical system resources. Each physical system resource interface is uniquely associated with a defined one of the physical system resources.
