    摘要: A drawing data generation apparatus includes a first intermediate data generation section that generates first intermediate data from formation image data in which a formation image is indicated as a cluster of drawing components, a second intermediate data generation section that generates, from the first intermediate data, second intermediate data indicating drawing content of each line-shaped region of the formation image, and a drawing data generation section that generates, from the second intermediate data, drawing data indicating drawing content of each line-shaped region in a row of pixel data. The second intermediate data generation section selects, based on the first intermediate data, either a first scheme of arranging an overlap of the drawing components and generating the second intermediate data from the cluster of drawing components or a second scheme of expressing and integrating the drawing components as a cluster of the pixels and generating the second intermediate data.

The control unit 15 of the printer 10 receives control data including font type information specifying a font type, and character identification information specifying a character or string.     摘要: Systems and methods for modifying imposition parameters using dynamically loaded media sizes. A print job is received into a computerized device comprising a marking device. The print job comprises an electronic document and print job attributes and imposition defining an arrangement of images in the electronic document for predefined dimensions of continuous feed print media. A change in print media being fed into the marking device is automatically detected, using the computerized device. The print job attributes are automatically modified, using the computerized device, based on the change in the print media, without further operator intervention.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus prints a print job stored in a memory by a paper supply/feed setup associated with a paper setting of the print job. The apparatus includes a confirmation means for confirming whether or not print jobs with an identical paper setting exist in the print jobs every time when a predetermined condition is satisfied, a changing means for changing, when the print jobs with the identical paper setting exist, a print order of the print jobs stored in the memory so that the print jobs with the identical paper setting are to be printed continuously, and a continuous printing means for printing the print jobs with the identical paper setting continuously by a single paper supply/feed setup without making a temporary wait. According to the apparatus, the print jobs can be printed continuously and efficiently with no temporary wait, and thereby printing productivity can be improved.
