    摘要: [Problem(s)] To provide a governor capable of preventing damage to parts when the pressure in the primary side channel rapidly rises, and of alleviating pressure fluctuation in the secondary side channel.[Solution] A governor 1 is provided with a non-return valve 19 at a shield plate 16 such that when the pressure in the primary side channel 2 rapidly rises, the fluid from the primary side channel 2, which has passed through the port 4, can immediately flow into the pressure detection chamber 13 through the non-return valve 19. As a result, when the pressure in the primary side channel 2 rapidly rises, the governor 1 is capable of entering a closed valve state within a short amount of time.

    摘要: Example internal relief valves for use with fluid regulators are described. An example internal relief valve includes a relief valve seat coupled to a first end of the relief valve stem and to engage a first side of a sensing apparatus to prevent fluid flow between the first side of the sensing apparatus and a second side of the sensing apparatus when the internal relief valve is in a closed position. A bleed hole within a surface of the sensing apparatus and separate from the opening of the sensing apparatus is dimensioned to provide a controlled flow rate between the first side and the second side of the sensing apparatus when the internal relief valve is in an open position. A seal is disposed along a body of the relief valve stem upstream from the bleed hole and the valve seat to prevent fluid flow between the first side of the sensing apparatus and the second side of the sensing apparatus via the opening of the sensing apparatus when the relief valve is in the open position.

    摘要: A regulator comprises a regulator valve and an actuator. The regulator valve comprises a valve body equipped with a customized valve port. That is, the valve seat is designed to have a customized seat height depending on a diameter of an orifice through the valve port, a longitudinal dimension of an orifice through the valve port, and/or a flow capacity of the valve port. Such a design advantageously maximizes the efficiency at which gas flows through the regulator. The actuator is coupled to the valve body and comprises a valve disc disposed within the valve body and adapted for displacement between a closed position engaging the valve seat and an open position spaced from the valve seat.

A changeover handle (19) depresses one spring (56) or the other to bias one closure member (62) open to admit gas from the associated inlet (16 or 18).

    摘要: A pressure control system for controlling the pressure of a process fluid stream at a certain location, comprising: a pressure regulator disposed in the process fluid stream, through which the process fluid stream flows; a first pilot controller adapted to sense the pressure of the process fluid at the said location and receive a control pressure from a control source; a second pilot controller adapted to receive same control pressure from the control source and provide added pressure; an inspirator adapted to receive the added pressure from the second pilot controller and generate a differential pressure; wherein the differential pressure is used to control the pressure of the process fluid stream within the pressure regulator. The pressure regulator comprises a first chamber and a second chamber therein separated by a flexible element and a divider is disposed in the first chamber and operative to abut against the flexible element to divide the first chamber into separate spaces. Preferably, the pressure regulator is disposed such that the flexible element extends substantially in vertical direction and the divider extends substantially in horizontal direction. The pressure control system further comprises an automatic control system including an electronic proportional-integral-derivative controller adapted to control the process fluid pressure based on pressure measurements received from a pressure transducer.

    摘要: A pressure control system for controlling the pressure of a process fluid stream at a certain location having a pressure regulator disposed in the process fluid stream, through which the process fluid stream flows. A first pilot controller senses the pressure of the process fluid at the location and receives a control pressure from a control source. A second pilot controller receives the control pressure from the control source and provides added pressure. An inspirator receives the added pressure from the second pilot controller and generates a differential pressure. The differential pressure is used to control the pressure of the process fluid stream within the pressure regulator. The pressure regulator comprises a first chamber and a second chamber therein separated by a flexible element and a divider is disposed in the first chamber and operative to abut against the flexible element to divide the first chamber into separate spaces. Preferably, the pressure regulator is disposed such that the flexible element extends substantially in vertical direction and the divider extends substantially in horizontal direction.

    摘要: A gaseous fuel pressure regulator includes a moveable diaphragm that subdivides the regulator housing into a pressurized gas chamber and a reference pressure control chamber. A coil spring in the control chamber exerts a control force on the diaphragm in opposition to the gaseous fuel pressure that is to be regulated. The diaphragm is connected to a lever that carries a poppet valve element associated with a gaseous fuel inlet port supplying unregulated pressurized gaseous fuel to the gas chamber. An arcuate baffle structure partially surrounds the inlet port, such that gaseous fuel flow is directed from the inlet port toward the gas chamber central axis, instead of flowing directly from the inlet port to a nearby outlet port. Tolerance variations on the manufactured components are overcome by the provision of a spring force adjustment structure, that can comprise a hollow tower carried on the cover of the regulator; and adjustment screw is mounted in the tower to adjust the position of a cup-shaped spring seat. Adjustment of the screw can be used to maintain a desired gaseous fuel output pressure, in spite of tolerance stack-up that might otherwise adversely affect performance of the regulator.

    摘要: A gas regulator with an adjustable safety device has a main body, and two pressure regulators inside the body to regulate the gas pressure inside the body at a stabilized value to flow to a gas stove or the like. The regulator also has a micro adjusting device to stop gas supply in case of large gas flowing such as gas leakage by a steel ball blocking up an end opening in a tube in the micro adjusting device, and the distance between the steel ball and the end opening in the tube can be adjusted to change sensitivity of the ball so as to acquire the best possible safety for gas leakage. A recovery unit is provided to recover the position of the ball from the end opening in the tube if the ball is sucked to block up the end opening in case of gas leakage.
