    Abstract: A zoom lens includes, in order from an object side to an image side, a lens unit closest to the object side and having a positive refractive power, an intermediate unit including at least three lens units and an aperture stop, and a lens unit closest to the image side and having a positive refractive power. A distance between each pair of adjacent lens units changes in zooming. The lens unit closest to the object side is configured not to move for zooming, and the at least three lens units and the aperture stop are configured to move in zooming. The lens unit closest to the image side includes a first positive lens. A predetermined condition is satisfied.

    Abstract: A zoom lens includes, in order from the object side to the image side, a first lens unit having negative refractive power, a second lens unit having positive refractive power. A distance between adjacent lens units changes during zooming from a wide-angle end to a telephoto end. During zooming from the wide-angle end to the telephoto end, the first lens unit moves to the image side and then to the object side. The first lens unit includes four lenses or more, the four lenses or more including, in order from the object side to the image side, a first negative meniscus lens with a convex surface facing the object side and a second negative meniscus lens with a convex surface facing the object side. A predetermined condition is satisfied.

    Abstract: A zoom lens includes, in order from an object along an optical axis: a first lens group having a negative refractive power; a second lens group having a positive refractive power; a third lens group having a negative refractive power; a fourth lens group; and a fifth lens group. When the zoom lens performs varying magnification, the distance between the first and second lens groups changes, the distance between the second and third lens groups changes, the distance between the third and fourth lens groups changes, the distance between the fourth and fifth lens groups changes, the second and fourth lens groups move along the same trajectory along the optical axis, and at least the third lens group moves along the optical axis.

    Abstract: A zoom lens according to the disclosure includes a first lens group having positive refractive power, a second lens group, a third lens group, a fourth lens group, a fifth lens group, and a sixth lens group. The first lens group includes a front side first lens group fixed with respect to an image plane upon zooming from a wide end to a telephoto end and focusing from an infinite object to a short-distance object, and a rear side first lens group having positive refractive power. The second, third, and fifth lens groups travel along an optical axis upon zooming. The fourth and sixth lens groups are fixed with respect to the image plane in an optical axis direction upon zooming. At least two lens groups including the rear side first lens group travel along the optical axis upon focusing.

These conditions are satisfied: R1/f 0.4 −2.5 56 “f” designates the overall focal length; f1, R1 and D1 respectively designate the focal length, paraxial radius of curvature of an object-side surface, and thickness, of the negative lens element closest to the object; and V designates the Abbe number regarding the d-line of a lens element, within the second lens group, closest to the diaphragm.
