    摘要: Disclosed is a simulator and simulation method with increased precision, in particular a weapon system simulator, and weapon system provided with such a simulator. —The simulator (1) comprises a unit for generating a virtual image (I1) which is defined according to an orientation reference and a sighting reference, a unit for generating a so-called captured image from angle-error and telemetry measurements relating to one or more real actors (R1 to R4) each of which is equipped with a retroreflector (10), the angle-error and telemetry measurements being performed using a rangefinder, a comparison unit for comparing the current virtual image (I1) and the captured image so as to determine an error value representative of an orientation and/or sighting error, and a resetting unit for resetting the orientation reference and/or the sighting reference in order to correct said error value so as to create an optimised virtual image which is displayed on the vision element (2) in place of the current virtual image.

    摘要: A weapon for tactical simulations provided with at least one projection device of electromagnetic beams to simulate the projectile fired by the weapon. The projection device includes a plurality of emitters of electromagnetic beams housed in projectors, each susceptible to emit electromagnetic beams having geometrical parameters different from those of the electromagnetic beams emitted by the other emitters so that each beam emitted realistically simulates a section of the path that the projectile to be simulated would cover. The weapon further includes an adjusting system of the electromagnetic beam emitted by the emitters to vary the geometric features so that the overall electromagnetic beam has, for all the path that the projectile to be simulated would cover, geometric features with values includes between predetermined intervals so as to realistically simulate the projectile.

    摘要: A shooting training and game system with virtual targets is revealed. The system includes a main controller, a projection module, a lens module, and a shooting tool. The shooting tool can be a real gun or a laser gun. By hardware and software of the main controller, the projection module projects a light beam to a screen therefront to form a target image area with at least one static or dynamic virtual target. Then the lens module is aligned to the target image area for detecting and obtaining relative positions and coordinates of each shot formed on the target image area by the shooting tool. Thereby an error of each shot is calculated for evaluation of shooting accuracy. The shooting training and game system is more interesting, optional and used more efficiently.

    摘要: A Small Arms Transmitter (SAT) having two optical sources for use in a military training environment is described. The SAT includes an infrared laser as a first optical source. A visible optical source, such as a visible wavelength laser, is configured as a second optical source. The visible wavelength laser can be configured to be selectively energized during a beam alignment operation. A combiner can be configured to combine the beam from the infrared laser with the beam from the visible wavelength laser to produce a combined beam. Certain techniques and/or materials can be utilized such that the SAT undergoes minimal functional change over a wide range of temperatures.
