摘要： Fire control mechanisms for a firearm include a trigger disconnect assembly and an action lock mechanism which work together to ensure safe and reliable firearm operation. The trigger disconnect uses a spring biased disconnector pivotably mounted on the trigger to actuate the sear and release a hammer sear upon firing. The hammer sear engages a compliant interface formed by a spring which actuates the action lock to unlock the bolt after the trigger has been pulled.

摘要： A device enabling a shotgun operator to carry an additional choke tube on the body of a shotgun is disclosed. Embodiments include a universal adapter end cap configured to be threaded onto the end of a shotgun magazine, the universal adapter end cap including an opposite end adapted to secure an accessory (e.g., shotgun choke tube). Accordingly, embodiments enables an operator to stow and carry a second unused choke tube at the end of the shotgun magazine. Some embodiments of the universal adapter end cap include a threaded opening that enables the choke tube to be threaded into the threaded opening. Some embodiments provide threads constructed from flexible material to enable both threading and push insertion of an accessory into the universal adapter end cap.

摘要： Semi-automatic features can be eliminated from a weapon that originally had a bolt carrier that was reciprocated by a gas tube communicating with a barrel. After eliminating the gas tube, a carriage and pushing member can be taken from a kit and installed on the weapon. The carriage is reciprocatably mounted at the barrel forward of the bolt carrier, with the pushing member connecting between the carriage and the bolt carrier. The carriage can be manually reciprocated to reciprocate the push member and the bolt carrier.

The accessory module can include a firearm accessory and an upper and internal side surfaces defining a socket configured to receive the plug of the adapter module in a complementary plug-in engagement. The accessory can be a source of a light useful for illuminating a target or aiming the firearm.
