Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adjuster for adjusting drink temperature, including a base, a container arranged on the base, a stay bar seating fixed on the base and extending into the container from the base of the container and secured to the container, a stay bar device arranged in the stay bar seating and formed as a muff coupling with the stay bar seating without liquid leakage, one end of thereof extending out of the stay bar seating and the other end forming the driving end, and an actuating device cooperating with the driving end of the stay bar device to drive the stay bar device.
Abstract:
A device for cooling beverages comprises a body and a clip connected to the body via an articulated arm. In use, the clip is engaged with the rim of a drinking vessel such that the arm extends into the drinking vessel and holds the body near the bottom of the vessel. The body contains a material which absorbs heat and thereby cools the beverage. The arm and clip help to keep the body immersed and prevent it from floating.
Abstract:
A recipient which is filled with a storage medium which expands during phase transformation wherein the recipient is a flexible structure having a geometrical shape such that only the flexibility of the structure is required to increase its volume to compensate for the expansion of the stored medium without creating stress or stretching the walls of the structure.
Abstract:
In the preferred and illustrated embodiments of the present apparatus, a tray or platform standing above the bottom of an ice chest is disclosed. The tray is a generally horizontal planar member having a number of slots or openings formed therein, and further comprising a set of feet which support the horizontal member in an elevated position. In an alternate embodiment, the tray rests on a set of raised transverse members integrally formed in the bottom of the ice chest.
Abstract:
An ice cube for use in beverages and which will not melt, so that it will not dilute the beverage, the ice cube being molded of transparent plastic so to resemble ice, and which can be frozen in a refrigerator freezer prior to use; and the ice cube in one design carrying an identifying numeral, which becomes less visible when the beverage and cube get less cold.
Abstract:
The beverage cooling device includes a semi-flexible plastic container and a liquid foodstuff which is totally enclosed within the container. The container and its contents are adapted to be frozen and utilized as a beverage cooling device. While the liquid foodstuff is in the frozen state within the container, the container may be broken open to remove the frozen liquid to permit the same to be used simultaneously as a coolant and as a flavoring for the beverage. Alternatively, the frozen foodstuff can be consumed directly. On the other hand the device can be allowed to cool within a drinking vessel to cool a liquid or beverage therein and then refrozen for reuse.
