Abstract: An LED tube lamp comprises a plurality of LED light sources, an end cap, a power supply disposed in the end cap, a lamp tube, and an LED light strip. The lamp tube extends in a first direction along a length of the lamp tube, and has an end attached to the end cap. LED light strip is electrically connected the LED light sources with the power supply. The LED light strip has in sequence a first wiring layer, a dielectric layer and a second wiring layer. A thickness of the second wiring layer is greater than a thickness of the first wiring layer.

Abstract: A linear light-emitting diode (LED)-based solid-state lamp comprises a front-end electric shock detection and control module, an LED driving circuit, and LED arrays. The front-end electric shock detection and control module comprises at least one full-wave rectifier, at least one half-wave rectifier, a constant current sink connected to the at least one half-wave rectifier, a signal extraction unit, a switch control unit, and at least one switch. By sending probing pulses to the constant current sink and checking a detection signal in a mixed direct-current voltage from the at least one full-wave rectifier and the at least one half-wave rectifier in response to the probing pulses, the front-end electric shock detection and control module detects and determines if the linear LED-based solid-state lamp is operated in a normal mode or in an electric shock hazard mode.

Abstract: An LED tube lamp includes a lamp tube, which includes a light transmissive portion, a reinforcing portion and an end cap, and an LED light assembly, which includes an LED light source and an LED light strip. The light transmissive portion is fixedly connected to the reinforcing portion. The reinforcing portion includes a platform and a bracing structure fixedly connected to the platform and holds the platform in place. The bracing structure is made from a material having a greater stiffness than the material from which the lamp tube is made. The LED light source is thermally and electrically connected to the LED light strip, which is in turn thermally connected to the reinforcing portion. The end cap is attached to an end of the lamp tube. The light transmissive portion and the reinforcing portion define a first line between them on a cross section of the lamp tube.

Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED)-based solid-state lamp using an LED driving circuit with an electric current control operates normally for a regulated power from either a compact fluorescent (CFL) electronic ballast or AC mains. The LED driving circuit together with a matching circuit is configured to optimize resonant characteristics of the CFL electronic ballast used and enhance lamp compatibility without flickering, which in turn reduces possibility of overheating and fires due to incompatibility. With a cycle-by-cycle current control and power switching at a constant on-time and varied off-time, an over-rated surge current is limited, preventing occasional fire hazards occurred in both the CFL electronic ballast and the LED lamp.

Abstract: A thermo-compression head, a soldering system, and a LED tube lamp are disclosed. The thermo-compression head includes a bonding plane, a restraining plane, one or more concave guiding tank, and one or more concave molding tank. The bonding plane is for touching a second object. The restraining plane is adjacent to the bonding plane for touching a first object soldered to the second object. The concave guiding tank is formed on the bonding plane. An end of the concave guiding tank is opened near an edge of the bonding plane while an opposite end of the concave guiding tank is closed. The concave molding tank is formed on the restraining plane and positioned beside the concave guiding tank. The concave molding tank communicates with the concave guiding tank via the open end of the concave guiding tank.
