    摘要: A test unit for quantitative analysis of a contact pattern and a method for quantitative analysis are provided. The test unit comprises an optoelectronic sensor that captures images of a contact pattern paint on a tooth surface of a gear. Furthermore, the test unit comprises a control unit, which is configured to determine and store a first distribution of an optical parameter of the contact pattern paint across the tooth surface from the first image. This is captured prior to testing of the gear. After the tooth surface is exposed to a test load, a second image is captured and a second distribution of the optical parameter is determined. The control unit is configured to perform a quantitative analysis of a contact pattern on the tooth surface by determining a deviation between the first and the second distribution of the optical parameter.

    摘要: A degree of freedom of a hypoid gear is improved. Instantaneous axis in a relative rotation of a gear axis and a pinion axis, a line of centers, intersection between the instantaneous axis and the line of centers, and an inclination angle of the instantaneous axis regarding the rotation axis of the gear are calculated based on a shaft angle, an offset, and a gear ratio of a hypoid gear. Based on these variables, base coordinate systems are determined, and the specifications are calculated using these coordinate systems. For spiral angles, pitch cone angles, and reference circle radii of the gear and pinion, one of the values for the gear and the pinion is set and a design reference point calculated. Based on the design reference point and a contact normal of the gear, specifications are calculated. The pitch cone angle of the gear or the pinion can be selected.

    摘要: In producing tooth shapes of two toothed rings of an annular gear machine, a starting geometry of a first toothed ring, at least one quality criterion of the annular gear machine, and a desired eccentricity between rotational axes of the two toothed rings are defined. A motion is performed with the starting geometry that performs a rotational motion about its rotational axis and a revolving motion about the rotational axis of the second toothed ring. The rotational and revolving motions are coupled so the rotational angle of the eccentricity equals the product of the rotational angle and tooth count of the first toothed ring. A tooth shape contour of the second toothed ring is generated by recording the path described by the envelope of the starting geometry. If the defined quality criterion is not met, the previously used starting geometry and/or the defined eccentricity is changed and steps are repeated.
