    摘要: In a component for connecting a shaft to a clamping holder that can receive a rotor, the clamping holder is able to be inserted into a cup-shaped housing and is able to be fixed there by fasteners. On the housing base of the housing is a connector for connecting the housing to the shaft in a torque-proof manner. The fasteners are arranged with their base surface on the outer lateral surface of the housing, and can be brought into engagement with the clamping holder by bores present in the housing. The fasteners have at least one recess in the base surface, such that they rest with their base surface on the outer lateral surface only in some regions.

    摘要: A shaft, especially a motor shaft, is inserted into an accommodation area of a hub, especially an adapter shaft, and is connected with force locking, especially being clamped. The hub, at least in one axial area, has three flattenings evenly spaced from one another in the circumferential direction. A first threaded part, particularly a first, preferably radially-acting setscrew, is screwed into a clamping ring and presses on one area of the hub in order to bring about the force-locking connection, especially by bracing the clamping ring against the hub, in particular, the area covering an angle-at-circumference area which is smaller than the angular distance in the circumferential direction between two flattenings immediately adjacent in the circumferential direction.

    摘要: An assembly method including a sprocket hub and a locking collar for go kart vehicles and other land vehicles with drive axles is provided to enhance acceleration. The present invention eliminates the need for two locking collars on either side of the sprocket hub. The invention further provides a lightweight sprocket hub with a hub neck portion adapted to receive a single locking collar. The sprocket hub fits loosely on the drive axle. The fin-like sprocket hub arms and sprocket hub extensions each have sprocket connection holes used to connect the sprocket hub to a drive sprocket. The locking collar engages the sprocket hub neck portion by means of two flanges located on the sprocket hub. As assembled, the sprocket hub and locking collar float and oscillate on the drive axle to compensate for chassis flex and chain bind.
