摘要: An auxiliary shaft seal flushing system of a centrifugal pump and an axial flow pump, comprising a main running pump and a standby pump which are provided with a same shaft seal flushing system respectively, the shaft seal flushing system of the main running pump and that of the standby pump being connected in parallel to form a common shaft seal flushing system. The common shaft seal flushing system comprises: a first outlet pipe connected to an outlet of the main running pump and a first switch valve provided on the first outlet pipe for switching the flushing fluid, a second outlet pipe connected to an outlet of the standby pump and a second switch valve provided on the second outlet pipe for switching the flushing fluid, and a first fluid guide pipe connected to the outlets of the first outlet pipe and the second outlet pipe; the outlet of the first fluid guide pipe is respectively connected to a flushing fluid inlet on a sealing gland of the main running pump by a third outlet pipe and connected to a flushing fluid inlet on a sealing gland of the standby pump by a fourth outlet pipe. The present invention can keep the parameters of the fluid material in sealed cavities of the main and standby pumps the same at all times.

摘要: A shaft seal device is fixed to a container that separates a high-pressure fluid and a low-pressure fluid from each other, and seals a shaft-penetrated portion of the container through which a rotational shaft extends. This shaft seal device includes: a seal casing having a through-hole through which the rotational shaft extends, the seal casing having a seal chamber which communicates with the through-hole and into which the high-pressure fluid flows; and a disk-shaped seal body which is housed in the seal chamber, the seal body being rotatable together with the rotational shaft and having an annular surface perpendicular to an axis of the rotational shaft. An inner surface of the seal casing, which faces the annular surface of the seal body and defines the seal chamber, is a flat surface perpendicular to the axis of the rotational shaft.

摘要: A rotary machine system includes: a rotary machine including a gas seal portion; a gas seal device connected to the rotary machine and that supplies a seal gas to the gas seal portion; and a connecting pipe that connects the gas seal portion and the gas seal device. The rotary machine includes a casing through which a working fluid flows; a rotatable rotary shaft; and the gas seal portion that seals the working fluid by the seal gas having a pressure higher than a pressure of the working fluid in the casing. The gas seal device includes: a seal gas supply pipe through which the seal gas delivered to the connecting pipe flows; a pressure regulating valve provided in the seal gas supply pipe and that adjusts the pressure of the seal gas supplied to the gas seal portion; and a control part.

摘要: The axial reaction force generated by a subsea pump or compressor is partially counteracted by a pressure differential in a barrier fluid across a thrust element. The pressure differential is created using impellers or other structures on the thrust element that increases the barrier fluid pressure on one side of the thrust element when the main shaft of the pump or compressor is rotated. The pressure differential across the thrust element partially offloads the bearing surface of the thrust element.

A related method is also provided.

The pressure of the oil in the seal chamber (25) is higher than pressure of the fluid.

摘要: A device which is used to guide at least two flow media having different pressures with a shaft or similar force-transmitting element, and a pressure insulating element such as a housing surrounding the shaft or similar. Areas arranged next to each other in the direction of the axis are determined between the force-transmitting element and the pressure-insulating element by sealing elements; at least one of the preferably magnetofluidic sealing elements is leakage-free, and two areas for fluids (A, B) having different pressures flank an area for an auxiliary liquid (H), whereby said area is subdivided by a device into two partial areas for two different pressure areas. A conveying medium is allocated to the area at high pressure and ambient air is allocated to the area at low pressure. The auxiliary liquid (H) is a carrier oil of the magnetofluid, optionally a silicon oil, allocated to the sealing element.
