摘要: A sewer cleaning device and/or street cleaning device includes a dirt removal container for receiving and transporting mineral dirt residues accumulating during sewer and/or street cleaning. A removal device for clearing out the dirt removal container includes a conveying worm arrangement received on a swivel frame which is swivel-mounted on an axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the container and swivellable by a swivel drive. The conveying worm arrangement is sideways deflectable by the swivel frame relative to a center position associated with the container bottom on both sides along the container wall and a fast discharge of the dirt removal container can be achieved by two conveying worms arranged in symmetrical position relative to a central longitudinal axis of the swivel frame, the conveying worms limiting a gap therebetween and acting together for the transport of the bulk material along the inner side of the container wall.

摘要: An example system includes an auger assembly that is attachable to a vacuum system, in which the auger assembly includes a hose, an auger, and an auger motor. The hose includes an inlet at a distal end and an outlet at a proximal end. The auger includes a shaftless helical blade having a portion that is radially enveloped by the hose. The vacuum system is adapted to suck material from the septic tank or pit latrine via the hose. The auger motor is adapted to rotate the auger about a helical axis in a first direction, in which the rotation about the helical axis in the first direction causes the shaftless helical blade of the auger to translate along the helical axis from the outlet of the hose towards the inlet of the hose.

摘要: A vacuum truck for dispensing water into a sewer or similar location and receiving recovered water from the sewer that includes debris to be removed therefrom. The vacuum truck includes a debris tank that receives the recovered water and retains debris removed from the recovered water. A primary and a secondary filter are positioned in the debris tank for separating debris from the recovered water. A water pump draws the recovered water through the secondary filter and provides the water to a tertiary filter that removes smaller debris from the recovered water. The recovered water from the tertiary filter is provided directly to a jetting water pump without being accumulated in a water holding tank. The vacuum truck includes a water storage tank that includes potable water for cleaning the truck or when recovered water is not available from the debris tank.

An applicator unit includes a movable container, a variable flowrate valve and a controller configured to receive the contaminant capacity profile and data indicative of a concentration of the contaminant in a volume of fluids loaded in the applicator unit, and to cause the variable flowrate valve to open, close, or maintain its position based on the location of the applicator unit relative to the perimeter.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a mobile refuse vehicle and related methods. The mobile refuse vehicle includes first and second storage tanks, a refuse collector, and a vacuum pressure source. The first storage tank includes a first inlet and a first outlet. The second storage tank includes a second inlet and a second outlet. The refuse collector is operably connected in fluid communication with the first and second storage tanks via the first and second inlets. The vacuum pressure source is operably connected to the first and second storage tanks to selectively provide a vacuum pressure condition in the first storage tank or the second storage tank to fill the first or second storage tank with refuse through an inlet thereof using the refuse collector while refuse is being emptied from the other of the first or second storage tank through an outlet thereof.

The water storage container may support the vacuum container. The slope may be of sufficient angle to allow debris to be emptied from the vacuum container by gravity when the access door is opened. A filter housing may be mounted to and supported by the vacuum container. By flush mounting the clean out end of the filter housing with the clean out end of the vacuum container, a single access clean out door may be used to access both simultaneously.

The system is comprised of sections of hoses that are interconnected by valves, each valve configured to provide a user with the ability to selectively shut off the flow of material in a vertical or horizontal direction. These vacuum hoses are then connected to a liquid cooled pump, which is connected to a vacuum tank. The system operates by selectively opening and closing the vertical and horizontal valves to focus vacuum force in areas to be cleaned and prevent vacuum in non-desired areas.

摘要: The present invention relates to a mobile pipe cleaning vehicle and a process for cleaning pipes with a mobile pipe cleaning vehicle. The vehicle can be used to clean pipes, e.g., wastewater or storm drainage pipes. The vehicle includes a tank housing divided into three tanks: a sludge tank for holding water with a high degree of sludge and debris, a water supply tank for supplying water to a high pressure pump for high pressure spraying of a pipe to be cleaned, and a water-in-use tank disposed between the water supply tank and the sludge tank. Water used from the water-in-use tank is used for helping to create a seal in a liquid ring vacuum pump, enabling the sludge tank to be placed in a vacuum. Cooler water in the sludge tank and the water supply tank cool the water in the water-in-use tank to prolong the life and increase the efficiency in the liquid ring vacuum pump. A filtration system includes a first filtration device in the sludge tank, second and third filtration devices between the sludge tank and the water supply tank, and a fourth filtration device between the water supply tank and the high pressure pump. A water recycling pump pumps the water from the sludge tank through the first, second, and third filtration devices. If the water supply tank becomes substantially filled, the water recycling pump will pump water from the water supply tank through the second and third filtration devices to further clean the water. The fourth filter is disposed between the water supply tank and the high pressure pump to ensure that the water reaching the high pressure pump is virtually clean, thus significantly prolonging the life of the high pressure pump.

摘要: A pumping system for sludge including hazardous waste material and other viscous material includes a vacuum pump for drawing sludge into and through an intake line to a separator where the heavier components of the sludge descend into a closed tank hopper. A positive displacement pump discharges the sludge from the closed tank hopper through a delivery line to a remote point of disposal or storage. A centrifugal pump attached to the sludge receiving end of the intake line and being hydraulically driven acts as a booster for the vacuum pump by pushing sludge into and through the intake line while helping to overcome the head pressure therein as well as friction in the intake line. The vacuum in the intake line created by the vacuum pump enables the submerged centrifugal pump to feed itself. The centrifugal pump also functions as a cutter head helping to liquefy heavy sludge. A substantial increase in the material moving capacity of the system is realized by using the centrifugal pump in conjunction with the vacuum pump.
