Abstract:
A single cylinder circular knitting machine (1) for men's socks with needles on the dial, comprises a dial provided with a plurality of radial beams (146) which form radial seats (16) for the sliding of the dial needles (18). The beam (146) has a discharge groove (154) on the working side (148a), which the transfer spring (186) of the dial needle faces, which limits the raising of the needle.
Abstract:
A circular knitting machine for men's socks with needles on the dial comprising a dial needles selector mechanism able to selectively move the dial needles to involve the selected needles in the formation of the stitches and to exclude the needles not selected. In addition the machine is able to repeatedly perform transfer of the stitch from the cylinder to the dial. Moreover, the machine is fitted with a mechanical traction mechanism for tensioning the sock being formed. In addition, the machine presents expedients to limit the deformation of the selector rods and reduce detrimental effects on the actuator or flaws in the formation of the stitch.
Abstract:
A circular knitting machine has a frame, a rotatably disposed dial, a dial cam support for a dial cam mounted in the frame and a dial cam shaft, which is disposed rotatably and coaxially in the dial cam support and is intended for driving the dial. The dial is disposed rotatably and coaxially on the dial cam support with adjustable bearing clearance and is preferably connected coaxially to the dial cam shaft by a spring plate.
Abstract:
The invention provides innerwear with a structure in which the body fabric and the hem are joined together without sewing and which has outstanding effects in discrimination as products and in showing individuality for users. The innerwear includes a body fabric 2 made of a cylindrical double material with a body size and a hem 3 disposed at the end of the body fabric 2 and having apparently different texture therefrom, the body fabric 2 and the hem 3 being joined to each other without sewing. The body fabric 2 partly has a heterogeneously knitted part 5 with different functions, appearance, and texture therefrom by differentiating the way of knitting in the consecutive knitting process.
Abstract:
A circular knitting machine is described which is intended to serve in particular the production of spacer fabrics. The circular knitting machine contains a needle cylinder (1) having cylinder needles (2), a cylinder cam (3), a dial (4) with needles (5) and a dial cam (6). The needle cylinder (1) and the dial (4) fix a vertical and a horizontal comb spacing (x, y) and a stitch spacing (z). According to the invention, the needle cylinder (1) and the dial (4) are set up to form a stitch spacing (z) of at least 6 mm, and the knitting needles (2, 5) of the needle cylinder (1) and/or the dial (4) are in the form of compound needles (FIG. 1).
Abstract:
A circular knitting machine with support disk (2) and a needle cylinder (4) fixed onto it with screws is described. According to the invention, an intermediate ring (17), elastically deformable in the radial direction, is arranged between support disk (2) and needle cylinder (4), through which the stresses that develop from different heat expansions are avoided between these two components.

Abstract:
A circular knitting machine is constructed for facilitating replacement of the needle cylinder and dial element without the necessity of hoisting the dial by means such as a chain block. The circular knitting machine includes a circular dial element supported adjacent the opening in the upper end of the needle cylinder. A rotatable drive shaft is supported at the upper end of a frame support member and extends downward to a position adjacent the circular opening in the upper end of the needle cylinder. A vertically extending support sleeve surrounds the drive shaft and is supported at the upper end on the frame support member for telescopic vertical movement relative to the drive shaft. The lower end of the support sleeve is fixed to the dial for supporting same. A dial control is provided for lifting and lowering the support sleeve along the drive shaft to lift the dial element a sufficient distance to permit removal and replacement of the needle cylinder.
Abstract:
A circular knitting machine for simultaneously making several pairs of tights and the like, with two tubular legs and a body portion having a front and a back, comprises a movable unit carrying a cylinder with a circle of cylinder needles and a plate carrying an adjacent circle of plate needles. The movable unit moves with alternating rotary movement relative to several thread guides disposed around the circles of needles. In order to make several garments simultaneously, the circles are divided into as many arcuate groups of needles as there are garments. Each arcuate group is divided into two equal sub-groups separated by a middle group. The needles of each group are automatically brought into operation in a sequence to knit the toes and legs (on the sub-groups), then the crotch (using the middle group as well), then the body (still using two threads, one for the left-hand and one for the linked right-hand side).
Abstract:
Machine for knitting a tubular fabric, in particular stocking articles, comprising a needle cylinder, a cylinder holder, a dial, suction and discharge ducts for the produced tubular fabric and means for driving the cylinder holder. A shaft extends coaxially through the needle cylinder and the cylinder holder and is affixed to the dial. A tube-like body is mounted coaxially within the cylinder holder wherewith it rotates. The tube-like body is displaceable axially in the cylinder holder from a position whereat it is coupled directly to and made rigid for rotation with the shaft, to a position whereat it forms with the shaft at least one annular passage for communication with the suction and discharge ducts for the produced tubular fabric. A control member is provided of essentially lever-like configuration for axially displacing the tube-like body.
