    摘要： A beverage container with a rotatable dome 4 and an extendable drinking upper straw 3. The container comprises an open ended body 1 closed by a removable cap 2, upper straw means 3 linearly movably fitted on the cap, a dome 4 rotatably fitted on the cap 2 for rotation movement relative to the cap 2, and link means (45, 32) for translating the rotational movement of the dome 4 into the linear movement of the upper straw means 3 on the cap 2, whereby the rotation of the dome 4 causes the upper straw means 3 to linearly move on the cap 2 between a first position wherein the tube section 31 of the upper straw means 3 extends through the lateral opening 28 of the cap 2 and the elongate slot 422 of the dome 4 and is in liquid communication with the nipple 284 of the cap 2, and a second position wherein the tube section 31 of the upper straw means 3 is withdrawn within the dome 4 and is not in liquid communication with the nipple 284 of the cap 2.

The cap body includes a locating member defining an outlet in a low portion thereof. The spray member includes a spray portion, a handling portion, and a positioning post extending downwardly from a junction of the spray portion and the handling portion. The positioning post defines an inlet. The spray portion comprises an atomizing spool defining a receiving groove, a nozzle defining a cavity to receive the atomizing spool, and an accommodating part comprising a supporting bracket and an accommodating space to accommodate the nozzle, wherein the supporting bracket sticks into the receiving groove to support the atomizing spool. The on-off positioning member is positioned to the cap body to locate the spray member in an open position or a closed position.

The cap includes: a fixture member having a straw attached to the reservoir, a container cap placed over the fixture member, and an opening member placed over the fixture member. The opening member has a cutter extending downward therefrom. The container cap has an upper cap coupler formed with a through-hole at an upper end thereof to allow passage of the straw and the cutter therethrough. The cutter is formed to communicate with the reservoir and open the bottom of the reservoir with a predetermined rotation of the opening member. The opening member further has a straw through-hole shaped to allow the straw to extend therethrough and remain upright during the predetermined rotation of the opening member.

    摘要： A retractable turnspout closure is adapted to extend across the neck of a container. A plug with an eccentrically located opening extends across the top of the neck. A tubular wall defines this opening and includes an upper lip serving as a valve seat. A turnspout is mounted on the tubular wall and includes a valve plug portion which cooperates with the valve seat in providing a valve adapted to be opened to permit discharge of the container contents to the turnspout and closed to seal this passage. A cap having a lateral opening extends over the turnspout and plug. This cap is adapted to be rotated in one direction and includes a contact member for engaging the spout to turn it and extend it out through the lateral opening. During this movement, cooperating ramps between the spout and plug raise the turnspout and consequently the valve plug member to open the valve. A reverse movement of the cap causes a contact surface thereon to engage the turnspout and retract it inwardly of the cap. During this movement, a ramp on the cap engages the turnspout to shift it downwardly to close the valve. A child safety feature is included whereby the cap is adapted to be locked against movement when the turnspout is interiorly disposed therein. Towards this end an outwardly biased shield forming part of the plug is adapted to be disposed in the cap opening, and shifted to lock the cap in this position. When it is desired to dispense the container contents only a deliberate shifting inwardly of this shield by the intended user will free the cap to permit the turnspout to project outwardly.
