The inner circumferential surface of the side wall portion has female threads corresponding to male threads on the outer circumferential surface of the neck.

摘要： An apparatus and method for coating an end of a stoppered beverage bottle in wax are provided. A cap assembly is positioned over a mouth of the bottle prior to coating the end of the bottle in wax. The cap assembly may facilitate removal of a portion of the wax from the bottle to allow removal of the stopper and dispensing of the beverage. In an implementation, the cap assembly includes a cap portion sized to be received over at least a portion of a bottle mouth and the stopper. A spike protrudes downwardly from the cap portion, and is configured to at least partially pierce a bottle stopper. A tear ring is frangibly attached to the cap portion by one or more regions of mechanical weakening. A pull tab extends outwardly from the tear ring to facilitate frangible separation of the tear ring from the cap portion.

The base attaches to a top dispensing container and the horizontally rotatable ring unit is attached to the base. Alternatively, the outer ring unit is fixedly attached to the container. The overcap has protrusions and the ring has at least one corresponding cut out. There is a ring cut out gap lock and lever that prevents at least one protrusion from passing through a cut out gap, unless it is moved to a release position after alignment of the ring unit and overcap and the lever is pushed upwardly to release the lock and lift the overcap.

摘要： A solid dosage preparation is provided with a bottle of water. The solid dosage preparation is contained in a safe and sanitary blister package and attached by means of a shrink band to the closure of the bottle. The shrink band provides a tamper-indicating seal for the both the bottle and blister contents. An advantage of the design is that it does not require customization of bottle and closure tooling, and thereby provides a simple and cost-effective means for combining solid and liquid materials in a unitary package. An additional advantage is the robustness of the tamper-indicating system and methodology.

The cover includes: a cover top, a clasp ring positioned below and contiguous with the cover top, and a skirt being positioned below and contiguous with the ring. The ring includes at least one tamper-evident seal that includes two tear lines. The tear lines do not extend to the inner cover surface. Tearing along the tear lines results in tampering the seal, and does not tear the inner cover surface. An entirety of the inner cover surface is able to be continuous when the skirt extends along an entirety of the ring, as well as after removal of the cover from the can.
