摘要: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mobile strapping device for strapping packaged products using a loop of wrapping strap. The strapping device includes a tensioning device for applying tension to the strap and a connecting device for connecting two overlapping portions of the strap. The tensioning device includes a rotatable tensioning wheel and a tensioning plate. The tensioning wheel is supported by a rocker that is pivotable to change a distance separating the tensioning wheel and the tensioning plate. The mobile strapping device includes a motor that is operably connectable to the rocker or the tensioning wheel such that the motor causes pivoting of the rocker or rotation of the tensioning wheel when operating in a first direction of rotation. In various embodiments, gearing, including a plurality of planetary gear sets, is used to operatively connect the motor to the rocker and the tensioning wheel.

摘要: An automated tying tool includes slider, guide rail, first guide claw, second guide claw, frame, tensioning wheel, cutter, stepwise material feeding mechanism, and material pushing rod. An automated tying method includes: stepwise material feeding mechanism being loaded with ties, and conveying ties at fixed interval in each binding cycle; slider driving ties to slide from predetermined position to binding position; tie body of ties being curled in guide slots in first and second guide claws; causing tail portion of ties to pass through a hole at head portion of ties; tensioning wheel rotating to tighten ties; and cutter cutting tightened ties. A tying tool may include a material feeding, distributing, and pushing mechanism.

摘要: An automatic cable tie apparatus tightens and fastens a cable tie around a bundle of cables. A motor imparts rotational movement to a shaft separately in a first direction and a second direction. The first and second directions are one of a clockwise and counter-clockwise direction. A cable tie delivery mechanism is operably joined to the motor such that the cable tie delivery mechanism transfers a cable tie to a cable tie load starting position as the shaft rotates in the first direction. A transporter is also operably joined to the motor such that the transporter transfers the cable tie from the cable tie load starting position to a cable tie tensioning position as the shaft rotates in the second direction.

摘要: An agricultural baler including a sealing assembly positioned adjacent to a baling chamber. The sealing assembly is configured to receive a strap and to seal the strap into a loop around compressible material within the baling chamber to form a strapped bale. The agricultural baler also includes a strap gripper positioned adjacent to the sealing assembly. In some embodiments, the strap gripper includes a pivot plate, a guide wheel rotatably coupled to the pivot plate, and a drive wheel. The pivot plate is biased to rotate about an axis in a first direction to urge the guide wheel toward the drive wheel, and the drive wheel and the guide wheel are configured to receive the strap after the strap is looped around the compressible material, to block movement of the strap away from the sealing assembly, and to drive the strap toward the sealing assembly.

摘要: An electrically powered strapping tool for tensioning and forming a sealless joint in overlapping sections of steel strap around a load includes a body having a foot, a tensioning assembly operably mounted to the body, the tensioning assembly having an electrically powered motor and a tensioning wheel operably connected to the tensioner motor. The tool includes a sealing assembly operably mounted to the body, the sealing assembly having an electrically powered motor and a sealer operably connected to the electrically powered motor. A control system controls operation of the tensioning assembly and the sealing assembly to operate the strapping tool in an automatic mode in which the tensioning assembly and the sealing assembly are sequentially actuated by a single action of the control system by an operator, and in a manual mode in which the tensioning assembly and the sealing assembly are sequentially actuated by multiple actions of the control system by the operator.
