    摘要: The wiper blade-lifting system comprises a wiper arm with a motorized mechanism to cause the wiper blade to bend at a hinge point responsive to the presence of electrical power. The wiper blade-lifting system is useful to lift a wiper blade off the surface of a windshield when ice or freezing rain is anticipated, so that the wiper blade does not become frozen in place against the surface of the windshield. A second activation of the wiper blade-lifting system using electrical power of the opposite polarity causes the wiper blade to straighten and place the wiper blade back in contact with the windshield. The application of electrical power to the wiper blade-lifting system may be under control of an interior lift control or, in some embodiments, a blade lift remote control.

A support surface (37) set up flush with the other end surface (35b) of the worm wheel (35) in the axial direction rotatably contained in the reduction mechanism containing chamber (27) is formed on the inner surface of the bottom wall (30a) of the motion conversion mechanism containing chamber (30). The support surface (37) is formed over the entire area facing a pinion gear (40) and the motion conversion member (41) on the bottom wall (30a) of the motion conversion mechanism containing chamber (30).

    摘要: A windshield wiper system for an aircraft is provided and includes a motor, an output shaft, a wrap spring and crank rocker mechanism (WSCRM) to which the motor and the output shaft are coupled and a controller. By way of the WSCRM, first directional rotation input to the WSCRM from the motor via a two-stage gear reduction is converted such that the output shaft drives wiper blade oscillation through a first sweep angle and second directional rotation input to the WSCRM from the motor is converted such that the output shaft drives wiper blade oscillation through a second sweep angle. The controller is configured to control the motor such that the first directional rotation is continuously or non-continuously input during first or second flight conditions, respectively, and the second directional rotation is continuously input during third flight conditions.

The position of the output shaft (28) is set up that the axis (C1) of the output shaft (28) is closer to the motor case (13) than the axis (C2) of the worm wheel (35) and farther from the axis (C2) of the worm wheel (35) than the axis (C) of the motor shaft (17).

    摘要: A wiper motor has an output shaft that outputs a to-and-fro rotation to swing a wiper pivotally. A transmission mechanism transmits the rotational force from the motor body. A clutch mechanism lets the transmission mechanism run idle not to transmit the rotational force from the transmission mechanism to the output shaft when the output shaft is subjected to a torque larger than an engagement releasing torque. The engagement releasing torque is specified to a value larger than a maximum wiping torque to which the torque applied by the wiper onto the output shaft is estimated to reach during a normal wiping operation of the wiper.

    摘要: A wiper for an automobile rear-view mirror includes a wiper transmission device installed at the rear side of a rear-view mirror. The wiper transmission device is composed of a transmission motor with its shaft fixed a worm extending upward. The worm is engaged with a worm gear having its shaft fixed thereon with a driven gear engaged with a driving gear that is provided with a sidewise driving rod having an outer rectangular end inserted through the surface of the rear-view mirror to be combined with a wiper unit. In using, the transmission motor is started to drive the wiper to wipe off rainwater on the rear-view mirror to enable a driver to clearly watch the images reflected in the rear-view mirror and drive with safety.
