摘要: The invention relates to a vehicle seat crash securing device (1) used for a vehicle seat of a motorized vehicle. The vehicle seat crash securing device (1) comprises a locking device for locking a height of a seat cushion frame. An actuator (3) is actuated in the case of a crash for tightening a belt rope (5). A blocking element in a blocking position holds a locking element of the locking device in an unlocked position. In a releasing position, the blocking element releases the locking element. The locking element is biased by a spring element into the locked position. The blocking element can be moved by a friction force generated by the actuator (3) from the blocking position into the releasing position. Preferably, the friction force is generated by a follower (8) (e.g. a friction wheel (9)), the follower (8) being pressed against the belt rope (5). The movement of the follower (8) is coupled to the movement of the blocking element.

摘要: A vehicle seat (101, 201), includes a seat height adjusting multi-bar linkage (4) with five transmission links (5, 6, 7, 8, 9), operative in normal operation as a four-bar linkage based on a locking unit (10) acting between at least two transmission links (7, 8). In the event of a crash a crash blocking unit (121) locks a vehicle-structure-fixed frame (5) and a rocker (8) to each other, such that the multi-bar linkage (4) acts as a three-bar linkage. A transmission link (7) is arranged between the frame (5) and the rocker (8). In the event of a crash, the multi-bar link (4) acts as a five-bar linkage because of a load-controlled release of the locking unit (10), whereby locking of the crash blocking unit (121) can be triggered independently of a load-controlled release of the locking unit (10) by an inertia-controlled pawl (125) of the crash blocking unit (121).

The vehicle seat includes: a support base connected to the vehicle body floor, disposed below the seat cushion, and pivotally connected to a lower end of the seat back; a detachable leg having an upper end attached to the seat cushion and lower end connectable to the support base; a leg retaining member attached to the support base to detachably retain the lower end of the detachable leg; and a base cover that covers the support base. The leg retaining member is disposed at a rear side of a front end of a portion of the base cover in a front to back direction of the seat to cover the support base from above.

摘要: A seating assembly for a motor vehicle comprises a flip up lower seat cushion having a design seating position and a structural member having a forward edge pivotally coupled with a floor and a rearward edge disposed proximate a seat frame. A cushion stop assembly is disposed on the structural member and disposed proximate the rearward edge of the structural member. The cushion stop assembly has a catch and an actuator. An inertia hook is pivotally mounted to the seat frame comprising a hook member and a hook stop, the inertia hook further having a first hook position when the actuator acts upon the hook stop to rotate the hook member into vertical alignment with the catch and a second hook position when the actuator is lifted away from the hook stop and the hook member rotates out of vertical alignment with the catch.

The vehicular seat includes a support base connected to the vehicle body floor and to a lower end side of the seat back, a support leg having an upper end side mounted to the seat cushion and a lower end side connectable to the support base, and a leg holding member mounted to the support base and that detachably holds the lower end side of the support leg. The seat back is connected to the support base via right and left connecting brackets disposed on sides of the seat back and having first end sides mounted to corresponding lower end sides of the seat back and second end sides pivotally connected to the support base.

摘要: A vehicle seat substructure has an accident-induced adjustment device including a pair of seat rails having a seat top rail arranged displaceably in relation to a seat bottom rail, and a seat structure arranged pivotably on the seat top rail via a fitting element. The vehicle seat substructure reliably permits the vehicle seat to be fixed along the pair of seat rails in the event of an accident and prevents lowering of the vehicle seat due to forces caused by the accident. The construction is simple to mount and cost-effective to produce and at the same time has little susceptibility to failure and can also be installed completely below any vehicle seat. The fitting element, on the seat top rail and on the seat structure, has a fixing element arranged on the fitting element that passes into a locking position locking the seat top rail to the seat bottom rail.

摘要: A folding vehicle seat includes a sliding rail having a predetermined length installed on a floor of a vehicle. A leg unit is seated on the sliding rail such that the leg unit slides along the sliding rail. A lifting device has a seat cushion on which a passenger sits and is mounted on the leg unit such that the lifting device moves upward and downward, thereby moving the seat cushion upward and downward. A locking device is mounted on the leg unit such that the locking device is connected to both the sliding rail and the lifting device and allows either sliding movement of the leg unit along the sliding rail or upward and downward movement of the lifting device.

摘要: An inertial latch system includes a floor bracket, a seat cushion bracket, an inertial weight and an inertial weight damper assembly. The seat cushion bracket is rotatable between a down position, an up position and an intermediate position between the down and up positions. The inertial weight damper assembly is selectively coupled to the inertial weight and includes a detent plunger and a contact plug coupled to the detent plunger. The detent plunger is movable between an extended condition and a retracted condition. In each of the up and down positions, the detent plunger is in the extended condition and inhibits movement of the seat cushion bracket from the up and down positions, respectively, and the contact plug inhibits movement of the inertial weight. In the intermediate position, the detent plunger is in the retracted condition, and the contact plug does not inhibit movement of the inertial weight.
