    摘要： An embodiment of the present invention provides a non-slip assembly for a clip device, capable of securely holding documents and having various conveniences in use. Here, the non-slip assembly for a clip device is detachable from the clip device which comprises a clip device body having a pair of pressing ends, bent to have therein an insertion space, in which documents are inserted therein, and which press the documents while being narrowed or closed up by elastic restoration force; and a pair of handles, attached/linked to a handle inserting inlet formed on the clip device body, and pressed so that the clip device body is widened; and the non-slip assembly includes a non-slip unit and an affixing portion. The non-slip unit is formed in a flexible material having elasticity and frictional force, and has a non-slip band, arranged between the pressing ends to come in contact with the documents inserted in the insertion space, and which is/are pressed by the pressing end(s) to prevent slipping on/with the inserted documents. The affixing portion is provided in a pair on both-end portions of the non-slip unit, and are inserted in the handle inserting inlets to couple the non-slip unit to the clip device body.

    摘要： An apparatus for securing a writing implement to a complementary magnetic surface. The apparatus includes a body formed of a ferromagnetic material, the body extending between a first end and a second end of the housing. A first and second end of the body defines an opening that forms a channel extending between a plurality of lateral interior surfaces from the first end to the second end. In an embodiment, a protrusion is disposed within the housing and extends from one lateral interior surface toward the channel. In an embodiment, a stopper may be disposed proximate to the second end of the body and partially extend from a lateral interior surface toward the opening. In an embodiment, the housing receives the writing implement, and a protrusion contacts the writing implement securing it in place.

    摘要： A tethering device for a utilization device (pen, marker, glue stick, etc.) having a cap. The tethering device maintains a connection between the utilization device and the cap during use of the utilization device. The tethering device comprises first and second adhering elements which conform to and adhere to an outer surface of at least one of the utilization device and the cap and an elongated flexible band having two ends positioned and connected to the first and second adhering elements respectively to flexibly connect the first and second adhering elements. The band has an effective length between the respective first and second adhering elements which is sufficient to permit the removable and replaceable cap to be removed from the utilization device and replaced thereon when the first and second adhering elements are adhered to the respective surfaces of the utilization device and the cap.

    摘要： An apparatus for connecting a writing implement to a glassboard, whiteboard or the like is provided. The apparatus has a housing adapted to be connected to a writing implement. The housing has a side surface with an opening formed therein and a recess extending from the opening into the housing. A magnet is disposed in the recess and has a first pole at the opening. The magnet provides a magnetic field in a direction away from the side surface of the housing. The apparatus enables a side periphery of a writing implement coupled with the apparatus to magnetically couple with the glassboard, whiteboard or the like in a predetermined orientation regardless of the initial orientation of approach of the writing implement even in the presence of a similarly magnetically self-supporting writing implement or object.
