摘要: A injection molding system extracts molding data and inspection data having a difference between a first position information of a conveyance part where a molded article produced by an injection molding apparatus is picked up by a conveyor device and a second position information of the conveyance part where the molded article is inspected by an inspection device is equal to a predetermined distance between a pickup position and an inspection position, and stores the molding data and the inspection data in association with each other as a set. This configuration makes it possible to associate molding data of an injection molding apparatus when producing a molded article and inspection data with each other to control the quality of molded articles.

摘要: An injection molding system including an injection molding apparatus that performs injection molding, and a conveyor apparatus configured to insert a mold through an opening of the injection molding apparatus, wherein the improvement to the injection molding system includes the injection molding apparatus further comprising a first door configured to restrict access via a first opening when a first door is closed and a second door configured to restrict access via a second opening when a second door is closed, and a controller configured to start injection molding with the mold in a case where the first door is partially opened and the second door is closed.

摘要: A control system for injection molding machines comprises a central control unit (26) for executing cyclical machine program sequences. Further, a visualization means (24, 25) is connected with the central control unit (26). The central control unit (26) has connected therewith, via an input/output means (16), an injection molding machine (18). According to the invention, an additional control unit (28) for cycle-independent processing of time-critical control steps is arranged independently of the central control unit (26) and is adapted for reducing the error-proneness. The additional control unit (28) is in particular an FPGA control unit.

摘要: An operation abnormality detection method for detecting an operation abnormality in a molding device having a movable part includes: acquiring a prescribed measured value relating to operation of the movable part and calculating, as statistical information, an average value of prescribed information values based on the prescribed measured values: calculating a first threshold and a second threshold; acquiring a current measured value and comparing a current information value based on the current measured value with the greater of the first threshold and the second threshold; and issuing a warning if the current information value at least exceeds the greater of the first threshold and the second threshold.
