    摘要: A fabricating apparatus for a light tunnel is provided, which comprises a core rod, a fixing block and a moving block. The light tunnel comprises a plurality of reflecting sheets, and each reflecting sheet leans on both a plurality of first bumps of the fixing block and a plurality of second bumps of the moving block to define a first inner profile and a second inner profile of the light tunnel, respectively. Thereby, the fabricating apparatus defines the inner scope of the light tunnel, and the inner scope of the light tunnel can be easily and stably controlled. Furthermore, a fabricating method for fabricating the light tunnel is also provided.

    摘要: A work orienting plate or angled vise parallel for use with a machine vise and which angled plate has first, second and third reference edges with the second and third reference edges being spaced apart side edges that are perpendicular to the first edge. Angled work piece support edges join the second and third reference edges, respectively. The angled work piece support edges are at different angles from one another so that a work piece can be supported on any one of the edges relative to a reference surface of a vise on which the work orienting plate is mounted to position the work piece at selected angles for machining angled surfaces.

The supporting structure is configured to support each vise head and allows the position of the vise heads to be adjusted according to at least two degrees of freedom with respect to each other. Position adjustment is achieved by means of track and slots mechanisms, swivels and telescoping poles. A number of secondary clamps are included to hold specially shaped objects such as printed circuit boards and to hold objects too large to be held by a vise head.

An exemplary jaw plate may be installed in a workholding device, such as a vise, which may be used to hold a workpiece proximate a machine tool. An exemplary jaw plate includes a plurality of pins at predetermined locations along the jaw plate's front face. The pins may be individually selectively extended or retracted by an operator. In their extended positions, the pins may assist the operator in locating the workpiece relative to the machine tool in a correct and repeatable position.

    摘要: A fixture plate for use with a CNC milling machine. The fixture plate is constructed of a generally rectangular block having a top surface, a bottom surface and a forward edge. The bottom surface of the block is positioned to rest on the support surface with the forward edge of the block resting against the fixed jaw. The bottom surface of the block includes a cavity in which is mounted a clamping pin for coupling with the vise hook nut. When the machine screw is manipulated to move the mounting block toward the fixed jaw, the block is clamped to the vise between the fixed jaw and the vise hook nut. The top surface of the block is provided with grooves shaped to conform to the peripheral shape of each of the multiple workpieces. Clamping nuts, recessed in the grooves, are used for clamping the multiple workpieces to the block.

    摘要: A vice understop comprising an understop body and a relocatable stop connected to the understop body is removably attached with clamping screws to a hard jaw of a machine vise to establish a reference position for a work piece to be machined. A vise block placed against a front surface of the vise understop establishes a vertical reference position for the work piece. A locating pin on the relocatable stop is adapted for a sliding fit into an aperture on the understop body and a curved surface on the relocatable stop contacts a correspondingly curved support shoulder on the understop body. A position of the relocatable stop selected from a plurality of discrete positions on the understop body establishes a horizontal reference position for the work piece. A locating post on a back surface of the understop body enables accurate, repeatable positioning of the vise understop against the hard jaw.

If there are more than one step, then the steps are arranged to be a fixed distance between each step. The tooling apparatus haves the function to facilitate the mounting of work pieces in a vice for performing precise milling, grinding cuts or drilling operations ninety degrees perpendicular to the longitudinal or horizontal axis of a machining vice.

A platform is carried by the protractor which extends beyond the vise jaw to support a workpiece. A removable member may be connected to the platform. An adapter may be received on the platform to support the workpiece.
