摘要: A hole machining tool includes an outwardly facing pad pocket and a guide pad secured therein. The pad pocket includes a pocket base surface and a wedge member which includes opposite wedge top and bottom surfaces which forming an acute wedge angle therebetween. The wedge bottom surface abuts the pocket base surface and the guide pad abuts the wedge top surface. The machining tool further includes an adjustment screw which abuts the wedge member and configured to move the wedge member along the pocket base surface. The machining tool further includes a clamping member which passes through a wedge opening in the wedge member and configured to secure the guide pad and the wedge member in the pad pocket.

The shaft member is rotationally driven by a machine tool. The first blade cuts an inner peripheral surface of a first through hole. The first guide slides on the inner peripheral surface of the first hole. The second blade cuts the inner peripheral surface of the first hole. The second guide slides on the inner peripheral surface of the first hole. The first guide slides on an inner peripheral surface of one of the through holes cut by the first blade, when the first hole is cut by the second blade. The second guide slides on an inner peripheral surface of one of the through holes cut by the second blade, when the first hole is cut by the second blade.

The reaming tool further comprises at least two peripherally arranged guide elements, which lie on a guide circle arranged eccentrically to the center axis or having a larger diameter than the cutting circle. As a result of this measure, high surface quality is obtained, in particular even in soft materials, since the reaming tool is clamped in the direction of the reaming cutter.

摘要: The subject invention provides for a device coupled to a machine for cutting and burnishing a surface of a work piece and a tool attachment assembly for the device. The device includes a cap movable between an engaged position preventing removal of a first modular insert from a cavity when in a cutting mode and a second modular insert from the cavity when in a burnishing mode and a disengaged position allowing independent removal of the first modular insert from the cavity when in the cutting mode and the second modular insert from the cavity when in the burnishing mode. The tool attachment assembly includes a biasing apparatus engaging a support to apply a first force to the support and a burnishing member with the support being rotatable relative to a modular insert in response to a reaction force.

摘要: The invention relates to a boring head (100), comprising at least one guide element (140), arranged on the periphery thereof, and at least one cutting insert (150), also arranged on the periphery, whereby the guide elements (140) as well as the at least one cutting insert (150) are supported by cassettes (200, 205) which are guided in grooves (160, 165) in a sliding manner. The shape of the adjustment means, in the peripheral direction, is adapted to the radial distance between the cassettes (200; 205) and the axis of symmetry of the boring head (100), so that the projecting end of both the guide elements (140) and the at least one cutting insert (150) is adjusted and aligned simultaneously with the mounting of the adjustment means (400; 410; 460; 470) on the boring head (100).

摘要: A boring device includes a case configured to be provided with a hole machining part; a boring tool configured to be inserted into the hole machining part; and a spin member configured to be detachably provided from the boring tool and rotate the boring tool. The boring tool is made of an aluminum material and thus has a reduced weight to reduce load of the spin member so as to machine the hole of the case even when a separate guide pad is not applied to the boring tool. This minimizes cost and improves quality, and the boring tool corresponding to the hole is provided at the time of machining the hole, thereby improving grinding workability and marketability.
