    摘要: A device for winding wire, cable or other winding material includes a device stand with a wobble drive generating a wobbling motion about a vertical axis, a supporting stand is connected to the wobble drive such that, first pivot bearings of the wobble drive are attached to the front face of the device stand and, second pivot bearings are attached to the supporting stand and the pivot bearings are connected to one another by crank arms, wherein the wobbling motion can be transmitted to the supporting stand such that the supporting stand performs a wobbling motion relative to the device stand, that the supporting stand has the winding device for the winding material attached to it such that the wobbling motion can be transmitted to the winding device, that the winding material can be deposited in the collecting device using the winding device which performs the wobbling motion.

    摘要: This invention relates to rolling and in particular to the process of rod coil forming, for instance, of steel and nonferrous metals, and to a set of equipment for its realization. The method of rod coil forming includes continuous rod feeding through a wire-rod guide, forming of waps with a variable diameter by means of speed variation of wire-rod guide rotation and stacking of waps by horizontal layers throughout the height of a coil. The difference of the applied method is in the fact that the rod is fed at a speed of 35-300 m/s. Forming of waps with a variable diameter is realized under the influence of dynamic forces by means of rod declination at the wire-rod guide outlet at an angle of 15-80null with the axis of rotation and its following feeding in a curved concave path with rotation at an angle of 80-90null with the axis of wire-rod guide rotation, in this case speed of wire-rod guide rotation is varied with respect to the following ratio: 1 null > 0.465 null null null , where: nullnullangular speed of wire-rod guide rotation, nullTnullyield point of rod material, A conveyer feeds the formed waps in the form of a flat spiral of a variable diameter for stacking in a stack. After stacking the coil should be bound. A set of equipment is proposed to realize the applied method. This invention enables to obtain a compact coil of high-quality rod with a high efficiency of the process.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for densely packing wire in a storage drum is provided. A capstan is provided for pulling welding wire at a set rotational velocity. The welding wire is then provided to a rotatable laying head which receives the wire from the capstan, and in turn rotates with a storage drum placed on a rotatable turntable. As the welding wire is placed within the turntable in layers, the turntable is indexed relative to the storage drum axis and the rotational velocity of the capstan and laying head is altered, which causes the welding wire to be placed in a layer different from the first layer. This indexing is continued until the storage drum is full, forming alternating bands of welding wire to increase the packing density of the storage drum.

THE CONVEYOR DELIVERS THE ROD TO A BUNDLING DEVICE WHERE THE CONVOLUTIONS ARE COLLECTED TO FORM A BUNDLE IN EITHER OF TWO CIRCULAR RECESSES FORMED 180 DEGREES APART IN A ROTATABLE GATHERING DRUM WHICH IS PARTIALLY ENCLOSED ABOUT ITS PERIPHERY BY A HOUSING. THE HOUSING HAS AN OPENING AT THE TOP FOR PASSAGE OF THE ROD CONVOLUTIONS INTO ONE OF THE DRUM''S RECESSES AND, AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HOUSING, A VERTICALLY DISPLACEABLE PLATEN IS LOCATED FOR DISCHARGING THE ROD BUNDLE AFTER THE DRUM IS ROTATED 180 DEGREES. THIS ROTATION ALSO SEVERS THE ROD INTO A DISCRETE BUNDLE BY EMPLOYING COOPERATIVE SHEAR KNIVES, ONE KNIFE CARRIED BY THE DRUM AT THE TOP OF THE RECESS AND THE OTHER CARRIED BY THE HOUSING AT THE OPENING IN ITS TOP.
