    摘要: In a multi-staged cold-rolling line, a strip is rolled. An actual rolling force of a last rolling stage of the cold-rolling line is detected and fed to a force control unit which determines a control parameter using the actual rolling force and a target rolling force and outputs a control parameter. An actual thickness is detected directly downstream of the last rolling stage and is sent to a thickness control unit which acts on the last rolling stage. Another actual strip thickness is detected directly upstream of the last rolling stage. Enter and exit speeds of the last rolling stage are detected and with a pre-determined final strip thickness following the last rolling stage fed to a setpoint determination unit which determines a target thickness which is used as a setpoint for another thickness control unitacting on the next to last rolling stage and receiving the other actual thickness value.

    摘要: During operation of a rolling mill, a rolling product running through the mill is machined by a machining device which is controlled by a controller, to which a target and an actual value of the roll product are fed after machining. The controller determines based on the target and the actual value, in conjunction with controller characteristic, a controlled variable for the machining device and outputs the controlled variable to the machining device which machines the roll product according to the output controlled variable. A detection device receives the actual value after machining and a corresponding actual value of the mill product before machining. Based on the temporal profiles of the actual values, the device dynamically determines the controller characteristic such that the variance of the actual value at least tends to be minimized after machining. The device also parameterizes the controller according to the determined control characteristic.

    摘要: A method to control the drawing of rolled stock in a segment of the rolling line includes measuring the section of the rolled stock passing through is made by a first detector located at the outlet of the semi-finishing block and by a second detector located at the inlet to the finishing block. The method also carries out at least a measurement of the section of the rolled stock with a third detector located at the outlet of the finishing block, the drawing action being controlled and regulated by a control unit by comparing the measurements of the section at the outlet of the semi-finishing block, at the inlet to the finishing block and at the outlet thereof with the corresponding values memorized in tables in the control unit. Any divergences included in an admissible correction range with respect to the expected values are corrected by the control unit acting in feedback on the drawing means of the rolled stock in the segment of the line so as to return the dimensional value of the section of the rolled stock to around the expected value.
