Abstract:
[Object] There are limitations on the mixing efficiency for chemicals with one rotor.[Solving Means] A housing 1 which has a discharge nozzle 7 in its lower portion, one driving rotor 3 which is disposed in a space portion 2 in the housing 1, and driven rotors 4 and 4 which are installed side by side with the driving rotor 3 are provided, and a through hole 5 for a drive shaft S of a head part is formed in the upper portion of the housing 1, the upper end of the driving rotor 3 is coupled to the lower end of the drive shaft S, and inlets 6 and 6a for chemicals to the space portion 2 are formed in the upper lateral side of the housing 1, thereby it is possible to stir and mix a mixed liquid with the plurality of rotors 3, 4, and 4.
Abstract:
A dynamic mixer (1, 100) for a plurality of fluid components contains a housing (2, 102) and a rotor element (3, 103) which is rotatably arranged in the housing, with the housing having an inlet opening (12, 13, 112, 113) for at least one respective component and having at least one outlet opening (20, 120). A ring-shaped intermediate space (15, 115) is provided between the rotor element and the housing in which a mixing element (7, 107) connected to the rotor element (3, 103) is arranged. The housing includes a first antechamber (21, 121) and a main chamber (22, 122). A second antechamber (17, 117) is provided which is arranged downstream of the first antechamber (21, 121) so that the first antechamber (21, 121) can be flowed through by the components before the components enter into the second antechamber (17, 117).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a double cartridge (1), a mixer (3) and a combination consisting of a double cartridge having a mixer. The cartridge has a guiding channel (14b) that is formed between protrusions (14, 14a; 1a). The mixer (3) has at least one guiding rib (13) to guide the mixer (3) in the double cartridge (1).
Abstract:
A mixer (10) for preparing a dental material comprises a mixing barrel (17) and a mixing rotor (16), a mixer inlet (13, 14), and an outlet (15). The mixing rotor is rotatable about a rotation axis (A), and comprises four mixing paddle levels (21, 22, 23, 24) each comprising at least one mixing paddle. The mixing paddle levels are axially disposed over a portion of the mixing rotor with the paddle levels being axially spaced at a generally uniform paddle spacing. The mixing paddles further have a thickness in the dimension parallel to the rotation axis, and the ratio between the paddle spacing and the paddle thickness is at least 2:1, thereby maximizing the mixing efficiency, and minimizing energy consumption.
Abstract:
The present invention is related to an apparatus for massaging and/or tumbling of a product with a drum and a shaft with paddles rotated by a motor.
Abstract:
Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.
