Abstract:
An apparatus for the addition of a compound or compound mixture to another which includes a primary vessel adapted having at least one receptacle adapted to contain at least one primary substance. At least one secondary vessel is provided. Each secondary vessel is adapted to contain at least one secondary substance. Each secondary vessel is movably mounted within the primary vessel for movement between a stored position and at least one mixing position,. In the stored position, a peripheral edge of each secondary vessel is above a level of the at least one primary substance. In each mixing position the peripheral edge of the secondary vessel is moved below the level of the at least one receptacle containing the at least one primary substance, thereby permitting the at least one primary substance to overflow the peripheral edge into the secondary vessel with the at least one secondary substance.
Abstract:
An aerator or destratifier used in small bodies of water is provided with a sealed flotation chamber in which a motor is completely housed. A stationary shaft runs between the top and bottom surface of the flotation chamber onto which the motor is mounted. A plurality of paddles is externally affixed to the exterior surface of the flotation chamber. A V-belt, a chain or a gearing arrangement is provided between the motor and the internal surface of the flotation chamber which will enable the flotation chamber to constantly or intermittently rotate. The plurality of paddles would then agitate the body of water and allow oxygen to be dissolved therein.
Abstract:
A mobile asphalt production machine which includes support for different asphalt concrete recipes including a plurality of aggregate storage bins which work on combination with a fines or sands storage bin. The individual bins have separated feeding chutes to the mixing trough. The machinery also includes a removable pan at the elevator transfer station to accommodate changeover from one grade aggregate material to another. Further, a controller is provided which delivers appropriate ingredients while also measuring process parameters to adjust various input requirements. Further, a dust and particulate recapturing system is provided which recycles particulate matter back into the ribbon of mixed material with a binding agent.

Abstract:
A device for producing a wet granulated substance for an electrode, the device including a storage tank in which a solid component is stored, liquid supply units configured to supply a liquid component, and a stirring member configured to stir the solid component and the liquid component together. The liquid supply unit includes a nozzle configured to allow the liquid component to drop, a pump configured to repeatedly switch between a first state in which a pressure is applied to the liquid component and a second state in which a lower pressure than in the first state is applied to the liquid component, and a rotating member that is provided between the nozzle and the storage tank, has a disk shape with irregularities formed on the edge, and rotates in a non-horizontal plane.

Abstract:
A process and apparatus for automatically weighing and introducing chemicals are intended to automatically weigh the chemicals and introduce the chemicals into a treatment tank; the chemicals are injected into a chemical container and weighted, and then transported to a dissolving tank adjunct to the treatment tank, and then introduced into the dissolving tank. A control means is provided to put under its control the operations of injecting into a chemical container a desired amount of desired chemicals selected from among plural sorts of chemicals and driving a transportments and an introducing means automatically in association with this injecting operation.
