    摘要: A filter apparatus including: a casing including, in a sealed space provided therein, a fluid inflow chamber, a filtration chamber and a drain chamber; a filter element provided inside the filtration chamber to let a fluid pass therethrough from inside to outside to perform filtration; a backwash slide member movably provided inside the filter element and removing trapped matter adhering to an inner circumferential surface of the filter element by an inward flow generated by a difference in pressure inside and outside the filter element at the time of backwashing; a backwash pipe that lets the inward flow flow toward the drain chamber; an actuation cylinder that lets the fluid from the backwash pipe flow toward the drain chamber; and a fluid flowing unit allowing a fluid to flow, enabling a piston member to move inside the actuation cylinder.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a low back pressure self-cleaning filter. The filter has a housing, a filter element residing inside the housing, a driver motor affixed to the housing, and a transmission shaft rotatably coupled to the driver motor. The filter element is connected to the transmission shaft. A plurality of injection nozzles residing on one side of the filter element and a corresponding number of suction nozzles residing on another side of the filter element. Liquid jets from injection nozzles flush the filter element to wash off debris from the filter element. The debris are removed with the suction nozzles.

The debris extractor and the filter screen are so mounted to the housing as to enable rotation of the filter screen and the debris extractor relative to one another. The debris extractor has a debris intake opening and the debris extractor and the splitter bar are so mounted to the housing that the intake opening is positionable adjacent to or in juxtaposition with the splitter bar with the splitter bar overlapping and shielding the intake opening.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a filtering apparatus for treating ballast water. The apparatus is constructed so that a housing cover plate and an exhaust unit are removably coupled to each other at an upper position of a housing. The exhaust unit includes a base flange on a portion thereof coupled to the housing cover plate and the base flange includes a projecting step that projects to be inserted into a core through hole formed in the housing cover plate. A core serving as a discharge passage of foreign substances includes a shaft coupling unit on a portion thereof coupled to the driving shaft, and is coupled at the shaft coupling unit to the driving shaft via a coupling structure. The outer diameters of the coupling structure and the shaft coupling unit are formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the core.

With collaboration of translation and rotation of the sewage suction assembly, the inner and outer walls of the entire fine strainer are thoroughly cleaned, suitable for real-time purification of a low-pressure water circulating system.

    摘要: The present invention provides a self-cleaning suction filter including a filter mechanism and a sewage suction assembly. The sewage suction assembly is rotatably arranged at the center of a fine strainer and communicated with a sewage discharge cavity through a sewage suction pipe, and the sewage suction pipe is spacedly and fixedly provided with a plurality of “T”-shape suction nozzles for suctioning deposits on the inner wall of the fine strainer. The self-cleaning suction filter further includes: a sand collection cavity arranged at the tail of the fine filter cavity and communicated with the fine filter cavity; and the coarse filter cavity, the fine filter cavity, and the sand collection cavity descend in height. Water are automatically collected in the sand collection cavity and discharged in time, thereby ensuring the stable filter function after the filter is used for a long time.

    摘要: A fluid pressure vessel has a filter cartridge with spaced headers positioning cylindrical pleated filter media. The headers form an inlet chamber communicating with the inlet upstream side of the filter media and an isolated outlet chamber communicating with the downstream side of the filter media. A hollow piston with a toothed periphery having a circumferential slot is positioned closely adjacent the upstream side of the filter media. The piston hollow communicates with a drain chamber isolated from the inlet and outlet chambers. Upon opening of the drain chamber to atmospheric pressure, the pressure in the piston hollow and slot causes a lower pressure in a localized area of the media and back flushing of trapped material on the upstream side of the media to the drain chamber. An actuator is connected to selectively progressively move the piston and slot along the entire surface of the media.
