摘要: The present disclosure discloses a hair-cutting roller brush with a reusable drive structure, including a roller brush frame, a blade, and a rotating cylinder; the blade is arranged in the rotating cylinder, and while the rotating cylinder rotates, the rotating cylinder simultaneously drives the blade to reciprocate to cut hair through the drive structure; the roller brush frame has a first side and a second side; a part or all of the drive structure is arranged on the second side, and a sleeve hole is defined in the other end of the rotating cylinder being in axial sleeving connection with the part of the drive structure arranged on the second side; the axial sleeving connection is used to allow the other end of the rotating cylinder to be mounted on the second side in an axial direction; meanwhile one end of the rotating cylinder moves to be mounted on the first side along the axial direction with the axial sleeving connection; when the rotating cylinder is disassembled, the part of the drive structure arranged on the second side remains on the second side, and the rotating cylinder is disassembled in a direction opposite to the direction of the axial sleeving connection. The hair-cutting roller brush has a lower production cost. The present disclosure further discloses a cleaning device with the hair-cutting roller brush.

摘要: A cleaner head for a vacuum cleaner has a dirty-air inlet provided in a main suction chamber of the cleaner head, an outlet duct extending from the main suction chamber for connection to a suction source, and a rotating brush bar housed inside the main suction chamber for agitating a floor surface contacted through the dirty-air inlet. The brush bar is driven by an air-cooled motor housed inside a hollow section of the brush bar, the motor having an air intake and an air exhaust fluidly connected to one another to form an air cooling path through the inside of the motor. The air intake is connected to a clean air inlet on the cleaner head and the air exhaust is fluidly connected to the outlet duct by an exhaust duct which bypasses the main suction chamber.

摘要: A cleaner head for a vacuum cleaner has a rotating brush bar driven by an air-cooled motor, which is mounted inside the cleaner head with at least a section of the motor being located inside the brush bar. To cool the motor in use, an external casing of the motor is provided a plurality of air-cooling holes comprising at least one air intake and at least one air exhaust. These cooling holes are connected—intake to exhaust—to form one or more air-cooling paths through the inside of the motor. Each air intake is connected to an upstream clean air inlet by a stationary—not rotating—intake duct, and each air exhaust is similarly connected to a downstream clean air outlet by a stationary—not rotating—exhaust duct. This avoids the problems associated with using the rotating brush bar itself as a duct for carrying cooling air to the motor.

摘要: A clutch mechanism includes clutch members having an engaged position, in which torque generated by a drive is transmitted to an output, and a disengaged position, in which torque is not transmitted to the output. The clutch members are capable of slipping with respect to each other in order to prevent damage caused by overload conditions. The clutch mechanism further comprises an actuator associated with a clutch member. If the clutch members slip and a characteristic associated with slipping of the clutch members, such as the temperature rise of the slipping surfaces or the relative rotational speed of the clutch members is above a predetermined value, transmission of torque to the output is interrupted. The clutch mechanism is particularly suited for inclusion in a drive mechanism for the agitator of a surface treating appliance, such as a vacuum cleaner.

摘要: A vacuum cleaner motor assembly comprises a motor in a bucket 32, arranged to drive a fan to provide airflow. An epicyclic gear system 34 is attached to the output shaft 33 of the motor, to produce an output of reduced rotational speed. The output is employed to drive an agitator via a belt. The belt is driven at a reduced rotational speed to that achievable hitherto, and thus there is reduced wear on the belt. The provision of a gear arrangement mounted directly to the motor casing provides a compact assembly. One of the epicyclic gears, such as the ring gear 39, is arranged to slip with respect to a clutch member 41 if the agitator becomes jammed. An actuator 50 switches off the motor if the heat of friction of the slipping gear exceeds a predetermined value, or if the slipping gear rotates at a speed above a predetermined value. Thus, the motor switches off before damage occurs to any of the components of the system.
