    摘要： A garment hanger for suspending garments from their waistband is provided with a hollow tubular beam-like body suspended from a hook at its center. A pair of end members are telescopically slidably seated, one in each end of the body. Each end member is individually urged into extended position by an elastic tension member which is anchored at the outer end of the body and operatively engages the inner of the end member. Preferably, the tension members are endless loops, the closed ends of each of which are hooked to the end of the body and at their centers are wrapped around the inner ends of the end members. The body and end members have interfitting flanges for guiding and stabilizing the end members.

    摘要： A clothes-hanger for skirts or trousers has a central body (1) with two side walls (12) which define between them an axial channel (10) for accommodating at least one compression spring (7). The hanger further has an end piece (2) inserted in each end of the central body, and a hook (5) mounted on the central body. The displacement of the end piece by means of the compression spring out of the central body is restricted by stop means consisting of cooperating lugs (8, 11) at least one (8) of which is provided on the central body and at least one (11) of which is provided on the end piece. The lug (8) on the central body is provided on one of the side walls (12) thereof. When mounting the end piece in the central body, the lug on the end piece can freely pass the lug on the central body by urging it and, hence, the side wall (12) outwardly. After the lug on the end piece has passed the lug on the central body, the latter lug will snap in behind the former.

    摘要： A clothes-hanger comprises a tubular central portion, a suspension member disposed on the central portion, two end pieces, of which at least one is telescopic in the central portion and whose outer ends are provided with gripping portions for engagement with the article of clothing which is to be hung up, a compression spring disposed between an abutment in the central portion and the end piece shiftably disposed in the central portion, and a locking device connected to this end piece and disposed to prevent the compression spring from shifting the end piece beyond its outer position. The locking device is shiftably disposed in a slot provided in the lower region of the central portion, such that the locking device, in the outer position of the end piece, engages with the outer defining edge of the slot.

    摘要： A garment hanger has a body (1) with a longitudinal axis. A movable first arm (2) is slidably mounted on the body for free movement with respect to the body substantially along the longitudinal axis. A constant or decreasing force spring (4) applies a resilient force to the first arm to urge the first arm outwards of the body so that the first arm is able to move between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the body. The resilient force exerted by the garment hanger remains substantially constant or increases between a fully retracted position and a fully extended position.
