摘要： An adjustable dish caddy comprising a plurality of partitions that are removably coupled to a base. The relative position of each partition within the caddy is adjusted by the user rotating a cam lever disposed in the top portion of each partition. Rotating the cam lever in turn pushes a cam shaft downwards through the partition which moves a spacer away from and off of the bottom surface of the base. With the spacer moved off of the bottom surface of the base, the user then moves or slides the partition to a new desired position along a pathway it is disposed in. The cam lever is then rotated back downward against the partition which reestablishes contact between the base and the partition, thereby locking the partition into its new position.

摘要： A food holding device includes a receptacle member having a body and a surrounding wall for containing food. A flexible strap is attached to the receptacle member. One end of the strap is connectible to secure the receptacle around an object (e.g., a thigh of a child). The flexible strap has ends that are configured for releasable connection (e.g., using hook and loop material). The ends can overlappingly connect to secure the receptacle to the child. The strap can be attached to the receptacle member in a number of ways, and may be removable. A liner and/or a closure device (e.g., lid or drawstring) may be used with the device. The receptacle member can receive and hold a container or a pre-packaged item. The receptacle member can be a pre-packaged item itself with an attached or attachable strap. One or more parts of the device can be disposable and/or reusable.

摘要： An inventive dish support assembly utilizes slots in a pair of panels to support dinnerware including a plate or dish. The dish support assembly may include a third member support which supports the pair of panels pivotably. The third member support may be supported by the pair of panels and another support structure. A set of equations define the most preferable shapes of the slots including an upper curved surface opposite a lower generally straighter surface with consideration of several sources of relaxation from a geometric description of the most preferable shapes. To insure a conforming capture of the supported structures, the respective slots or cut-outs may be covered with a resilient covering.
