    Abstract: A product display is providing having a vertical support and a product basket configured to mount to the vertical support and display product in a front-facing manner in which product from a rear of the product basket is automatically biased toward a front of the product basket, wherein at least one of the vertical support and the product basket are configured to display a particular product in order to improve product pack out in at least one of a vertical and a horizontal direction within the product display. In one form, both the basket and vertical support are dimensioned or sized based on the specific product being displayed so that product pack out is improved, if not maximized, in both the vertical and horizontal direction.

    Abstract: A system and method of reinforcement of an extra-wide display shelf for a gravity-fed display system. The shelf includes a front rail, a rear rail and two side rails disposed between the front rail and the rear rail, a plurality of cross-rails extending from the front rail to the rear rail parallel to and between the side rails, and a plurality of horizontal rails disposed under the plurality of cross-rails. The reinforcement system includes a plurality of support rails disposed under and perpendicular to the plurality of horizontal rails, and a plurality of reinforcement rails disposed perpendicular to and under the plurality of support rails. The reinforcement system puts the surface of the shelf in tension or otherwise bends a center region of the surface of the shelf upward when unloaded (or when free of product) to offset downward deflection due to weight of product to be displayed.

    Abstract: A modular parts supply rack having a loading end and a delivery end, for supplying a plurality of containers filled with small parts to an assembly line operator at the delivery end and for return of empty containers to the loading end. Upper, intermediate and lower vertically spaced-apart horizontal support bars are adjustably connected to laterally spaced-apart upright bars at the loading end by T-shaped connectors. Upper, intermediate and lower vertically spaced-apart horizontal support bars are adjustably connected to laterally spaced-apart upright bars at the delivery end by T-shaped connectors. Laterally spaced pairs of slide bars are adjustably connected to the upper support bars, to the intermediate support bars, and to the lower support bars by T-shaped connectors.
