摘要： A ball chair may comprise a chair frame, a ball body and an adjusting unit. The chair frame has a connecting base and a legs base, and a supporting column formed therebetween is configured to achieve a telescopic action thereby adjusting a height of the ball chair. The connecting base is formed in a concave shape to form a housing space therein, and an annular frame is formed at an upper end of the connecting base. The ball body is configured to be coupled on the connecting base of the chair frame, and the annular frame is configured to couple with an outer periphery of the ball body thereby limiting a position thereof. As a result, the ball chair is suitable for different statures of users and enables the users to sit thereon for training or rehabilitation.

The height adjustment device can be configured so that a user may provide a force to provide upward height adjustment and may also provide a force to allowing for a controlled downward height adjustment of the seat. The height adjustment device can include an actuator that is connected to a rotatable member via linkages. An end of one of the linkages may engage the rotatable member to prevent rotation of the rotatable member, which can prevent height adjustment of the seat. Movement of the actuator may cause the linkages to move so that the rotatable member is free to rotate so that a user may provide a force on the seat to effect height adjustment of the seat and/or cause the seat to be lowered at a desired speed.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a dynamic pendula stool possessing a foot, a leg secured to the foot, and a seat secured to the top end of the leg. The leg has a telescopic column that includes a lower part secured to a spherical foot with a diameter of 20-cm or less and an upper part with a free end having an articulation. The articulation has three degrees of freedom and is secured to the underside of the seat so that when a user rests against the seat, the leg forms an angle between 30 and 90 degrees with respect to the horizontal, thereby allowing an isometric contraction of the muscle groups of the lower limbs and of the abdominal girdle in the seated position. The stool is further provided with one or more sensors configured to send data signals to a remote electronic device.
